Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 공기 조화장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은 열교환매체를 압축하는 압추기와, 상호 인접되게 실내에 장착된 적어도 세개의 제1, 2, 3실내 열교환기와, 상기 실외에 장착되는 적어도 하나의 실외 열교환기와, 상기 실내외 열교환기에 상기 압축기로부터 압축된 냉매와 액냉매를 선택적으로 공급하여 냉방모드시 실내 열교환기 상호간에 열교환이 이루어지도록 하는 열교환매체 분배수단을 구비하여 된 것에 그 특징이 있으며, 이는 외기의 온도에 관계없이 공기조화장치를 가동시킬 수 있고 자동차 실내의 난방에 따른 소비전력을 줄일 수 있는 이점을 가진다.

Claims (4)

  1. 열교환매체를 압축하는 압축기와, 상호 인접되게 위치되어 실내에 장착된 적어도 세개의 제1,2,3실내 열교환기와, 상기 실외에 장착되는 적어도 하나의 실외 열교환기와, 상기 실내외 열교환기에 상기 압축기로부터 압축된 냉매와 역냉매를 선택적으로 공급하여 냉방모드시 실내 열교환기 상화간에 열교환이 이루어지도록 하는 열교환매체 분배수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환매체 분배수단이 실내에 위치한 세개의 제1, 2, 3 실내 열교환기 중 중앙에 위치한 제2실내 열교환기의 토출구와 상기 압축기의 흡입구를 연결하는 제1관부재와, 상기 압축기의 토출구와 제1실내 열교환기의 유입구를 연결하며 상기 실외 열교환기가 연결된 제2관부재와, 압축기의 토출구와 인접되도록 제2관부재에 설치된 3웨이 밸브와 연결되며 제1실내 열교환기의 유입측과 인접된 제2연결관을 연결되고 제1밸브가 설치된 제3관부재와, 상기 제1실내 열교환기의 토출구와 제3실내 열교환기의 유입구를 연결되며 제2밸브가 설치된 제4관부재와, 제4관부재와 제2실내 열교환기의 유입구를 연결하며 제3, 4밸브가 설치된 제5관부재와, 제5관부재와 제1관부재를 연결하며 밸브가 설치된 제6관부재와, 제3실내 열교환기의 토출구와 실외 열교환기와 제1실내 열교환기 사이의 제2관부재를 연결하는 제7관부재를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1관부재와 제3관부재의 사이에 열교환 시키기 위한 열교환수단이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열교환수단이 상기 제1관부재에 확관부가 마련되고 이 확관부를 상기 제3관부재의 일측이 통과되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
