Abstract

본 발명은 엔진의 동력을 차량의 전후륜에 분배하기 위한 동력 전달 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이 동력 전달 시스템은 제1출력 축을 구비하고 있으며, 이것의 한 단부는 엔진으로부터 하나의 입력 축 내에 있으나 이에 접속되며 다른 단부는 하우징에 고정된 볼 베어링에 지지되어 있다. 마찰 클러치는 상기 제1출력 축에 설치되어 있어 상기 마찰 클러치의 결합에 의하여 무단 체인을 통해 제1출력 축의 동력이 제2출력 축으로 전달된다.링의 홈은 상기 제1출력 축의 외주연부에 형성되어 있고, 링부재는 볼 베어링의 측면 표면과 접촉되도록 상기 링의 홈에 설치되어 있다.따라서, 마찰 클러치의 작동으로 인해 제1출력 축에작용하는 트러스트 부하는 링 부재를 통해 상기 볼 베어링에 의해 학실히 수용된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 구동 동력 전달 시스템이 적용되는 4륜 구동 차량의 개략도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 구동 동력 전달 시스템의 동력 전달 장치의 단면도.
제3도는 제2도의 전달 장치의 확대 부분도.

Claims (6)

  1. 차량용 동력 전달 시스템에 있어서, 구동 동력 발생원에 연결된 입력 축과,상기 입력 축과 동축 상으로 배치되고, 이것의 한 단부는 상기 입력 축 내에 있으나 연결되고, 이것의 다른 단부는 볼 베어링을 통해 하우징에 회전가능하게 지지되는 제1출력 축과, 상기 제1출력 축과 평행한 제2출력 축과, 상기 제1출력 축과 제2출력 축을 상호 연결시키는 무단 체인과,
    상기 제1출력 축과 제2출력 축 사이에 배치되고,이것에 공급되는 클러치 압력에 따라 상기 제1출력축과 상기 무단 체인 사이의 결합을 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있는 다중판의 마찰 클러치와, 그리고 상기 제1출력 축에 설치되어 있고, 상기 마찰 클러치의 작동에 의해 상기 제1출력 축에서 발생된 트러스트 부하를볼 베어링으로 전달시키는 반력 전달 수단을, 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반력 전달 수단은 상기 제1출력 축의 외주연부의 일부에 형성된 링의 흠과 상기 볼 베어링의 측면 표면과 접촉하도록 상기 링의 홈 내에 설치된 링 부재를형성하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 링 부재는 상기 링 부재의 내부 원형부가 제1출력축의 링의 홈내로 삽입되도록 설치되고, 상기 링 부재의 한 평면은 볼 베어링의 내부레이스의 측면 표면과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는동력 전달 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,하우징에 삽입된 볼 베어링은 트러스트 부하가 상기 볼 베어링에 동일하게 작용하도록 링 부재를 통해 상기 제1출력 측에 작용하는 트러스트 부하를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 차량의 조건에 따른 마찰 클러치의 결합정도를 제어하는 클러치 제어 수단을추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 차량의 조건은 고속 시프트 위치 센서, 저속 시프트 위치 센서, 2WD-4WD모든 센서, 오일 온도센서, 유압 시스템용 압력 센서, 전륜 회전 센서 및 후륜 회전 센서로부터 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 시스템.
