Abstract

본 발명에 따른 컨베이어 체인은 플라스틱으로 제조되어 있고, 지금까지 통상적인 고속의 작동에 적합하며 컨베이어 매트로부터 물품을 이어받거나 이 매트로 물품을 이송하도록 컨베이어 매트와 함께 컨베이어 장치에서 사용하기에 매우 적합하다. 체인은 체인링크의 지지면은 전단부 및 후단부가 이 지지면의 평면이 바람직하게 타원형으로 굽혀진 방식으로 설계되어 있고 지지면의 후단부의 단일 힌지 눈이 윗면을 가지고 있는 특성으로 지니고 있다. 이러한 윗면은 지지면과 동일한 평면내에 연장되어있고, 복록한 형상의 단부를 통해서 인접한 링트의 지지면의 상응하는 형상의 리세스를 체결한다. 이러한 측정에 의햐서 체인의 안팍으로의 물품의 전달은 고속으로 유연하게 진행한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 지지면을 가진 플라스틱 링크와, 상기 지지면의 아래에 위치되어 상기 프라스틱링크의 한쪽편상의 2개의 떨어진 눈을 가지고 있는 연결장치로 구성되어 있는 체인 컨베이어용 체인으로서, 상기 링크의 맞은편상의 상기 떨어진 눈사이에 하나의 눈이 위치되어 있고, 힌지핀이 한쌍의 연속링크를 선회가능하게 상호연결시키며, 상기 힌지핀은 한쌍의 상기 링크 중의 하나와 관련된 상가 떨어진 눈에 의해서 둘러싸여 있고, 상기 떨어진 눈 사이에 위치한 상기 하나의 눈은 다른 항쌍의 링크와 관련되어 있는 반면, 상기 지지면, 상기 힌지핀 및 상기 힌지눈은 체인이 상기 힌지핀을 중심으로 뿐만아니라 상기 연속링크의 지지면에 의해서 형성된 운반평면에서 굽혀질수 있도록 설계되어있고, 상기 지지면의 아래에는 안내면이 상기 운반평면과 수직으로 하방향으로 연장되어 있는 체인에 있어서, 상기 체인링크의 지지면의 전단부와 후반부는 각각 상기 지지면의 평면에서 볼록하고 오목하게 굽어있고, 상기 지지면의 후반부의 상기 단일 힌지눈은 상기 지지면과 동일한 평면에 연장되어 있는 윗면을 가지고 있으며, 사이 단일 힌지눈에는 볼록하게 굽은 단부가 제공되어 있고, 상기 단일 힌지눈은 상기 힌지핀을 통해서 여기에 연결된 인접한 링크의 지지면에서 상응하는 형상의 리세스를 체결하며, 상기 안내면은 상기 전단부에서부터 후단부 쪽으로 상기 지지면의 밑으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는체인.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 안내면에는 상기 힌지눈의 아래 넘어로 연장되어 있는 리브형상의 연장부가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 안내면은 상기 체인의 이동방향으로 볼때 오목하게 굽혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전단부 및 상기 후단부가 타원형으로 굽어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면의 후단부는 상기 지지면의 수직방향으로 볼때, 후방으로 연장되어 오목하게 굽은 단부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면의 전단부는 상기 지지면의 수직방향으로 볼때, 볼록하게 굽어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면에 구멍이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지면 높이는 9㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 체인.
  9. 조립식으로 제조된 적어도 하나의 컨베이어 매트와 제2도에 따른 적어도 하나 이상의 컨베이어 체인으로 구성된 켄베이어 장치로서, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 켄베이어 체인은 상기 컨베이어 매트의 옆에 위치되어 있고, 상기 컨베이어 매트는 적어도 하나의 밴드를 포함하는 트랙의 위로 안내되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 밴드에서는 U자 형상의 밴드부분이 배열되어 있고, 상기 U자 형상의 밴드부분의 다리부는 상기 체인이 이동하는 레일을 형상하며, 상기 다리부의 내면은 상기 체인링크 안내면을 위한 안내수단을 형성하는 반면, 적어도 상기 레일사이의 상기U자 형성 부분의 밴드부분에는 자석이 배열되어 있는 컨베이어 장치에 있어서, 상기 체인링크의 지지면의 높이는 상기 조립식으로 제조된 컨베이어 매트의 높이와 거의 같고, 상기 안내면의 높이는 상기 U자 형상의 밴드부분의 다리부의 내부의 높이와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 안내면은 상기 체인의 이동방향으로 볼때 오목하게 굽어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 장치.
