Abstract

1-헥센용액 중에서 하기성분(A),(B),(C)및 (D)를 접촉시켜서 얻어지는 촉매계를 사용, 1-헥센용매중에서 에틸렌을 삼량화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-헥센의 제조방법.
(A): 일반식 CrXrYm으로 표시되는 크롬 함유 화합물, (여기에서,X는 카르복실산 잔기, 1,3-디케톤잔기, 할로겐원자 또는 알콕시기를 나타내며, k는 2 내지 4의 정수를 나타내고, Ym의 Y는 아민류, 포스핀류, 포스핀 옥사이드류, 니트로실기 또는 에테르류를 나타내며, m은 0 내기 6의 정수를 나타내고, 단, Ym의 각 Y는 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋다.)
(B): 트리알틸알루미늄 또는 디알킬알루미늄 히드리드, (C) : 피롤류 또는 그의 유도체, (D) : 일반식 MTtU3-t로 표시되는 13(ⅢB)족 할로겐화합물 또는 일반식 M´Tt´U4-t´로 표시되는 14(ⅣB)족 할로겐화합물, (여기에서, M은 13(ⅢB)족 원자를 나타내며, M´는 14(ⅣB)족 원자를 나타내고, T는 알킬기, 아릴기, 알릴기 또는 수소원자를 나타내며, U는 할로겐원자를 나타내고, t는 0 이상, 3미만의 실수를 나타내며, t´는 0이상,4미만의 실수를 나타낸다.)

Claims (4)

1-헥센용매 중에서 하기성분(A),(B),(C)및 (D)를 접촉시켜서 얻어지는 초매계를 사용하는, 1-헥센용매중에서 에틸렌을 삼량화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1-헥센의 제조방법.
(A) : 일반식 CrXkYm으로 표시되는 크롬 함유 화합물, (여기에서, X는 카르복실산 잔기, 1,3-디케톤잔기, 할로겐원자 또는 알콕시기를 나타내며, k는 2 내지 4의 정수를 나타내고, Ym의 Y는 아민류, 포스핀류, 포스핀 옥사이드류, 니트로실기 또는 에테르류를 나타내며, m은 0 내지 6의 정수를 나타내고, 단, Ym의 각 Y는 동일하거나 상이하여도 좋다.)
(B) : 트리알틸알루미늄 또는 디알킬알루미늄 히드리드, (C) : 피롤류 또는 그의 유도체, (D) : 일반식 MTtU3-t로 표시되는 13(ⅢB)족 할로겐화합물 또는 일반식 M´Tt´U4-t´로 표시되는 14(ⅣB)족 할로겐화합물,(여기에서, M은 13(ⅢB)족 원자를 나타내며,M'는 14(ⅣB)족 원자를 나타내고, T는 알킬기, 아릴기, 알릴기 또는 수소원자를 나타내며, U는 할로겐원자를 나타내고, t는 0이상, 3미만의 실수를 나타내며, t´는 0이상,4미만의 실수를 나타낸다.)
제1항에 있어서, (A) 성분이 X는 할로겐원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-헥센의제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, (B) 성분이 트리알킬알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-헥센의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 촉매계가 (A),(B),(C) 및 (D)성분을 용매주에 첨가하고, 다음에 (B) 성분을 첨가하여 얻어진 촉매계인 것을 특징으로 하는 1-헥센의 제조방법.
