Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리아릴알칸을 포함하는 유전체 조성물에 관한 것으로 :
(상기 식에서, n1및 n2는 0,1 또는 2로, n1+n2는 1또는 2이고, x는 0,1,2,3,4,5 또는 6임), 상기 조성물은 특히 온도에 따라 증가하는 파괴 전압을 갖는다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 이성질체 또는 이성질체들의 혼합물로 구성되는 폴리아릴알칸 올리고머 하나 이상을 포함하며, 하기 a)~d)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 유전체 조성물:
    (상기 식에서, n1및 n2는 0,1, 또는 2로, n1+n2는 1 또는 2이고, x는 0,1,2,3,4,5, 또는 6임),a) 150℃에서 1torr를 초과하지 않는 중기압, b) 100℃에서으 비열(J/1/℃)에 100℃에서의 열전도도 (W/m/℃)를 곱하여 100℃에서의 점도로 나누고 100을 곱한 산출치로 정의되어, 3이상의 열 품질 계수, c) 500시간 동안 260℃에서 3g/㎏을 초과하지 않는 휘발물 형성속도, d) 0.6㎜직경의 막대로 이루어진 전극 및 가장자리가 둥근 직경 40㎜의 Rogowski디스크로 이루어진 전극이 설치되고 상기 전극들이 40㎜거리로 떨어져 있는 전지내에서 50Hz교류로 측정하여, 20℃에서 60kV이상, 및 80℃에서 100kV이상의 파괴 전압.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 a)-d)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물 : a) 150℃에서 0.25torr을 초과하지 않는 중기압, b)6이상의 열 품질 계수, C) 260℃에서 500시간 동안 1g/㎏을 초과하지 않는 휘발물형성 속도, 및 d) 20℃에서 80kV이상, 및 80℃에서 130kV이상의 파괴 전압.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 40중량% 이상의 n1=1, n2=0 및 x=1의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 올리고머(Ia)및 n1=0,n2=1 및 x=1 인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 올리고머(Ib), 및 3중량%를 초과하지 않는 n1및 n2=0,1 또는 2이며, n1+n2=1이고 x=1인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 올리고머(Ic)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 70중량%로부터 90중량% 이상에 이르는 범위의 올리고머(Ia) 및 (Ib)및 0.5중량% 내지 2중량% 범위의 올리고머(Ic)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 이성질체 또는 이성질체들의 혼합물로 구성되는 폴리아릴알칸 올리고머 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:
    (Ⅱ)
    (상기 식에서 Z가 삼가 결합 기로, 예컨대 :이고, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7및 R8은 동일하거나 상이하고 H 또는 CH3를 나타내고, n´1,n˝1및 n4=0,1 또는 2,n´2,n˝2,n3,n´3및 n5=0 또는 1 n´1+n˝1+n´2+n˝2+n3+n´3+n4+n5 2, y 및 z=0,1 또는 2임)
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 오리고머가 하기 일반식(Ⅱa)의 디톨릴페닐메탄임을 특징으로 하는 조성물 :
  7. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 총 100%로, 하기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물 : -올리고머(Ia) 60중량%~70중량%, - 올리고머(Ib) 20중량%~30중량%,-올리고머(Ic) 0중량%~2중량%, -디톨릴페닐메탄(Ⅱa) 0중량%~10중량%.
  8. "고온"배전 변압기에 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물.
