Description

세제용해장치
제1도는 종래의 세제용해장치를 나타내는 개략도이고,
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 세제용해장치를 나타내는 결합 단면도이다.

본 고안은 세탁기, 식기세척기등에 적용되는 세제용해장치에 관한것으로서, 특히 세제의 용해도가 향상됨과 동시에 거품의 발생을 최소할 수 있도록 된 세제용해장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 세탁기나 식기 세척기에서의 세정시에는 세탁물, 식기등을 투입한 후 사용자가 일정량의 세제를 직접투입하여 세정하고 있으나, 이는 세제 특히 분말상태의 세제인 경우에는 완전히 용해되지 않은 상태에서 세정이 이루어짐으로써 다시 세정작업을 행하거나 남은 세제에 의해 인체가 해를 입는등의 여러 가지 문제점이 있다.
종래에는 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제1도에 도시한 바와같은 세제 용해 장치가 제안되고 있으며, 이는 급수밸브(1a)(1b)와 연통된 급수관(2)의 선단에 세제(A)가 저장된 세제통(3)을 삽입 설치한 구성으로써, 상기 급수밸브(1a)(1b)의 개방에 따라 급수관(2)을 통하여 급수되는 물의 압력에 의해 상기 세제통(3)내의 세제(A)가 용해되면서 세탁조(4)내로 토출되도록 하고 있다.
그러나, 이와같은 종래의 기술은 급수관(2)을 통하여 공급되는 물의 압력이 낮은 상태에서 세제통(3)내로 공급됨으로써 세제(A)의 용해도가 저하됨은 물론 상기 세제통(3)을 통과하는 용해된 세제(A)를 포함한 물의 압력에 의해 상기 세탁조(4)내로 토출되는 세탁수에는 많은 양의 거품이 발생됨으로써 세탁이 용이하지 않게 되고, 이에 따라 세척성능이 저하된다고 하는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와같은 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 세제의 공급이 용이함과 동시에 세제의 용해도를 증대시키며, 거품의 발생을 최소화하여 세정능력을 향상시킨 세제용해장치를 제공하는데 있다.
이와같은 목적을 실현하기 위하여 이루어진 본 고안에 의한 세제용해장치는 세탁기본체 내측으로 세탁수를 급수하여 위한 급수수단이 갖추어진 세탁기에 있어서, 세제의 용해촉진을 위한 산소공급수단과 유속가속수단이 각각 갖추어진 급수수단과, 상기 급수수단과 연결된 외통과 이 외통체에 대해 분리가능하고 세제를 수용할 수 있는 내통이 갖추어져 세제를 용해 배출시키는 세제용해수단과, 상기 세제용해수단에 대해 세제를 자동으로 공급하는 세제자동공급수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 일실시예를 첨부된 도면 제 2 도에 따라서 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도면 제2도는 본 고안에 따른 세제용해장치를 나타내는 결합단면도로서, 부호(10)은 세탁기 본체를 나타내고 있다.
상기 본체(10)의 상측에는 내측에 세제(A)가 저정된 세제저장용기(11)가 고정설치되어 있으며, 상기 세제저장용기(11)의 하측에는 회전가능케 코일(12)이 횡측으로 삽입 설치되어 있고, 상기 코일(12)의 상측에는 응고된 세제(A)를 파쇄하기 위한 워엄(13)이 맞물려있다.
그리고, 상기 코일(12)의 일단은 구동모터(14)의 회전력이 전달되도록 기어(15a)(15b)에 의해 맞물려 회전 가능케 설치되어 있으며, 상기 세제저장용기(11)내의 일측에는 코일(12)의 작동에 따라 이송된 세제(A)를 배출하기 위한 개구부(16)가 형성되어 세제(A)를 자동으로 공급하는 세제자동공급수단을 구성하고 있다.
한편, 상기 개구부(16)를 통하여 배출되는 세제(A)는 세제용해조(17)내에서 용해된후 세탁조(18)내로 토출되어 진다.
그리고, 상기 세제용해조(17)는 본체(10)의 상부저면에 형성되며 일측이 개구된 외통(19)과, 상기 외통(19)내에 슬라이드되어 삽탈가능케되는 내통(20)으로 이루어져 세제용해수단을 형성하고 있다.
또한, 상기 내통(20)에는 상시 세제저장용기(11)ㄹ부터 자동 공급된 용해되지 않은 세제(A)를 일시 저장하기 위한 그물망(21)이 상측에 안착되어있고, 그 내부의 일측에는 공급된 세탁수가 소정량이상으로 되면 넘쳐 상기 세탁조(18)내로 공급되도록 하는 넘침판(20a)이 세워설치되어 있으며, 상기 내통(20)의 일측단에는 토출되는 세탁수가 상기 세탁조(18)의 태측벽으로 토출되도록 하여 거품의 발생을 방지하기 위한 토출관(22)이 절곡 형성되어 있다.
상기 그물망(21)의 형상은 원형, 사각형, 타원형으로 형성될 수 있으며, 재질은 스테인레스 스틸 또는 합성 수지제로 사출형성될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 토출관(22)은 만곡지게 형성됨이 바람직하며, 상기 토출관(22)의 선단에는 필터부재(23)를 개재하여 필터고정부(24)가 나사결합되어 있다.
한편, 상기 세제용해조(17)의 상측에는 상기 세탁조(18)내로 세탁수를 공급하기 위한 급수관(25a)(25b)이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 급수관(25a)(25b)에는 측벽에 외부공기, 즉 산소를 공급하여 세제(A)의 용해도를 증대시킴과 동시에 세탁수의 유속을 가속시키는 다수의 통기공(26a)(26b)이 형성되어 급수수단을 구성하고 있다.
도면중 미설명부호 27은 세제저장용기(11)의 상측에 일단이 힌지 결합된 뚜껑을 나타내고 있다.
다음에는 이와같이 구성된 세제용해장치의 작용 및 효과를 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
먼저 세탁조(18)내에 세탁물을 투입한 후 도시하지 않은 컨트롤부에서 세탁조건을 선택하면 설정조건에 따라 세탁이 이루어지게 되는데, 이때 급수관(25a)(25b)을 통하여 세탁수가 공급됨과 동시에 구동모터(14)의 작동에 따라 맞물려 회전하는 기어(15a)(15b)에 의해 코일(12)의 회전함으로써 세제저장용기(11)내의 세제(A)가 자동적으로 개구부(16)를 통하여 세제용해조(17)내로 소정량이 공급된다.
그리고, 상기 코일(12)의 회전에 따라 이와 맞물려 회전되는 워엄(13)은 응고된 세제(A)를 파쇄하여 상기 코일(12)을 따라 용이하게 공급되도록 하게 된다.
한편, 상기 개구부(16)를 통하여 세제용해조(17)내로 투입된 세제(A)는 그물망(21)내에 저장된 후 상기 급수관(25a)(25b)을 통하여 공급되는 세탁수의 압력에 의해 일차적으로 용해된후 내통(20)내로 공급되어 진다.
이때, 상기 급수관(25a)(25b)의 측벽에는 다수의 통기공(26a)(26b)이 형성됨에 따라 상기 통기공(26a)(26b)내로 유입되는 외부공기, 즉 산소의 공급에 의해 압력이 상승됨으로써 세제의 용해 속도 및 용해도를 더욱 증대시키게 된다.
그리고, 상기 그물망(21)을 통과하여 내통(20)내로 유입된 세탁수는 그 일측에 세워설치된 넘침판(20a)에 의해 와류를 형성시키면서 세제가 완전히 용해된 상태로 되어 토출관(22)을 통하여 세탁조(18)내로 토출되어 진다.
이때, 미처 용해되지 않은 세제 덩어리나 이물질등은 상기 토출관(22)의 선단에 설치된 필터부재(23)에 의해 완전히 필터링됨으로써 세탁시나 세탁후에 발생되기 쉬운 세제 덩어리에 의한 세탁물의 손상등을 미연에 방지할 수가 있게 된다.
또, 상기 토출관(22)은 절곡형성됨에 따라 토출되는 세탁수가 세탁조(18)의 내측벽으로 공급됨으로써 세제에 의한 거품의 발생을 최소화할 수 있게 된다.
상술한 바와같이 본 고안에 따른 세제용해장치는 구동모터의 작동에 따라 회동하는 코일에 의해 세제의 자동공급이 가능케 됨은 물론 급수관을 통하여 공급되는 세탁수의 압력과 외부에서 공급되는 산소에 의해 그물망내에 저장된 세제가 용해됨으로서 세제의 용해도가 더욱 향상되며, 내통내로 공급된 세탁수가 와류를 형성하면서 세탁조내로 공급됨에 따라 세제의 용해가 완전히 이루어짐으로서 세제능력이 증대될 뿐만 아니라 토출관을 통하여 토출되는 세탁수가 세탁조의 내측벽으로 토출되도록 하여 세제에 의한 거품의 발생을 최소할 수 있는 등의 이점을 갖는다.
본 실시예에서는 세탁기에 적용하고 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 예컨대 식기 세척기, 기타 분말 용해장치 등에 적용되어질 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 세탁기 본체의 내측으로 세탁수를 급수하기 위한 급수수단이 갖추어진 세탁기에 있어서,
    세제의 용해촉진을 위한 산소공급수단과 유속가속수단이 각각 갖추어진 급수수단과,
    상기 급수수단과 연결된 외통과 이 외통에 대해 분리 가능하고 세제를 수용할 수 있는 내통이 갖추어져 세제를 용해 배출시키는 세제용해 수단과,
    상기 세제용해수단에 대해 세제를 자동으로 공급하는 세제 자동공급수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세제용해장치.
  2. 세탁기 본체의 내측으로 세탁수를 급수하기 위한 급수수단이 갖추어진 세탁기에 있어서,
    상기 급수수단에 급수되는 세탁수에 외부공기를 유입시키는 다수의 통기공(26a)(26b)을 형성시킨 급수관(25a)(25b)과,
    상기 급수관(25a)(25b)과 연통되며 일측이 개구형성된 외통(19)과, 상기 외통(19)내에 분리가능케 삽입설치된 내통(20)과,
    내부에 저장된 세제(A)를 회전 작동에 따라 자동으로 공급하는 코일(12)을 갖춘 세제저장용기(11)와,
    상기 세제저장용기(11)로부터 공급되는 세제를 일시 저장하는 그물망(21)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세제용해장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내통(20)의 내측에는 세탁수에 와류를 형성시키는 넘침판(20a)이 세워설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 세제용해장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내통(20)의 선단에는 거품의 발생을 방지하도록 세탁조(18)의 내측벽을 향하는 토출관(22)이 절곡형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세제용해장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 토출관(22)의 선단에는 세제덩어리, 이 물질등을 필터링하는 필터부재(23)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 세제용해장치.
