Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (A) (a) 10내지 90몰% 에틸렌 및 3 내지 18탄소 원자를 가지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 알파 올래핀 적어도 10몰% 이상을 가지고, b) 20 데시그램/분 이하의 유랑 지수를 가지는 비-점착성 중합체가 적어도 약 80중량%이상인 외부 껍질; 및 (B) 점착성 중합체가 적어도 약 90중량% 이상인 내부 코아를 가지는 수지 입자; 상기 수지는 비-점착성 중합체를 적어도 약 1중량% 이상 함유한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비- 점착성 중합체가 수지의 약 1내지 50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 코아 내의 상기 점착성 중합체가, (Ⅰ) 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, (ⅱ) 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 삼원공중합체 고무, (ⅲ) 높은 에틸렌 함량의 프로필렌/에틸렌 블럭 공중합체, (ⅳ) 폴리(1-부텐), (ⅴ)매우 낮은 밀도(낮은 계수 (modulus))의 폴리에틸렌, (ⅵ) 880㎏/㎥ 내지 915㎏/㎥의 밀도를 가지는 에틸렌 알파-올레핀 공중합체, (ⅶ) 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴 노르보르넨, 및 (ⅷ) 저밀도의 에틸렌/프로필렌 헥사디엔 삼원공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 비-점착성 중합체를 적어도 약 1중량% 이상 포함하고, 불활성 미립 무질 유동화 조제가 없는 상태에서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- (1) 에틸렌 중합체 부분이 (a) 10내지 90몰%에틸렌 및 3 내지 18탄소 원자를 가지는 하나 또는 그 이상의 알파 올레핀을 적어도 10몰% 이상 가지고, (b) 20 데시그램/분 이하의 유량 지수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하고, (2) 예비중합체 부분 대 촉매 부분의 비가 25:1 내지 100:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체 부분과 촉매 부분으로 구성되는 비-점착성 예비중합된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합된 촉매가 껍질에 실질적으로 위치하고 촉매 부분은 코아에 실질적으로 위치하는, 껍질 및 코아를 포함하는 입자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-잠착성 예비중합된 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 껍질은 약 75중량%의 예비중합체를 포함하고 상기 코아는 약 85줄양%의 촉매 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-접착성 예비중합된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 부분이, A, VOCl3,VOCl2(OR) 및 x가 1내지 12이고, Y가 X+3인 것을 특징으로 하는 VO(OCxHy)3과 같은 바나딜 트리할라이드, 알콕시, 할라이드 및 알콕사이드; B. VCl4및 VCl3(OR)과 같은 바나듐 테트라할라이드 및 바나듐 알콕시 할라이드; C. 바나듐 및 (AcAc)가 아세틸 아세토네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 V(AcAc)3및 VOCl2(AcAc) 와 같은 바나딜 아세틸아세토네이트 및 클로르아세틸 아세토네이드; 및 D. VCl3및 VCl2(OR)과 같은 바나듐 트리할라이드 및 알콕시 할라이드; 상기 R은 1 내지 12탄소 원자를 가지는 알킬; 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 촉매 전구체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-점착성에 비중합된 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 부분이 MgaTi(OR)bXc(ED)d의 일반식을 가지는 촉매 전구체를 포함하며, 상기 식에서 R이 독립적으로 1 내지 14탄소 원자를 가지는 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 R'이 1내지 1탄소 원자를 가지는 지압족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼인COR'이고; X가 독립적으로 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며; ED는 전자 공여체이고; a는 0.5 내지 56이고; b는 0 내지 2의 정수이고; c는 2내지 116이고; d는 2 내지 85인 것을 특징으로 하는 비-점착성 예비중합된 폭매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합된 부분이 카본 블랙, 탈크, 점토, 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 불활성 미립 물질을 약 0.05 내지 10%포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비-점착성 예비중합된 촉매.
- (Ⅰ( (1) 예비중합체 부분이 (a) 10 내지 90몰% 에틸렌 및 3 내지 18탄소 원자를 가지는 1 또는 그 이상의 알파 올레핀을 적어도 10몰% 이상 가지고, (b) 20데시그램/분 이하의 유량 지수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하고, (2) 예비중합체 부분 대 촉매 부분의 비가 25:1 내 1000:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 예비중합체 부분과 촉매 부분을 가지는 비-점착성 예비중합된 촉매; (Ⅱ) 공촉매; 및 (Ⅲ) 선택적으로 증진제를 포함하는 중합반응 조건 하에서 점착성 중합체의 점착 온도 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 수소의 존재 하에 기체상 유동화 기층내에서 에틸렌, 3 내지 18탄소 원자를 가지는 적어도 하나의 알파 올레핀, 및 적어도 하나의 디엔과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 공정으로서, 비-점착성 중합체의 양이 필수적으로 유동화 기층 및 점착성 중합체의 응집을 저해하기에 충분한 양으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, (A) 비-점착성 중합체의 외부 껍질 및 (B) 점착성 중합체의 내부 코아를 가지는 수지의제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
