Claims (11)
- 직영 1.0㎜ 미만의 분쇄 매체의 작용하에 밀링 공간 리터당 2.5kW를 초과하는 전압 밀도 및 12㎧를 초과하는 원통형 교반기 속도로 작동하는 교반된 볼 밀의 수성 매질 중에서, 목적하는 정도의 미분 (밀 기재 현탁액)이 이루어질 때까지, 거친 결정성 상태의 조 4,10-디브로모안탄트론 안료를 습식 밀링시키고, 이어서 생성된 안료를 통상적인 방법으로 단리시키거나; 또는 상기 습식 밀링에서 수득된 예비안료를 수성 매질, 수성 -유기 매질 또는 액체 방향족 화합물 중의 승온에서 처리(마무리 처리)하고, 이어서 안료를 단리시킴을 포함하는, 4,10-디브로모안탄트론 안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀 기재중의 상기 안료 농도가 40중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 5 내지 35중량%, 특히 10 내지 20중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 직경 0.2 내지 0.9㎜, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 0.5㎜의 분쇄 매체를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 밀링을 중성 또는 알칼리성 범위, 바람직하게는 7 내지 14의 pH에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 밀링을 0 내지 100℃, 바람직하게는 10 내지 60℃ 및 특히 20 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마무리 처리를 40 내지 180℃, 바람직하게는 60 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마무리 처리를 수중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마무리 처리를 방향족 탄화 수소, 방향족 염소화된 탄화수소 또는 치환된 방향족 화합물, 바람직하게는 톨루엔, 크실렌, 큐멘, 에틸벤젠 또는 그의 혼합물중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 밀링에 이어서 퍼옥시디설페이트, 바람직하게는 나트륨 퍼옥시디설페이트, 칼륨 퍼옥소디셀페이트 또는 암모늄 퍼옥소디설페이트에 의해 산화된 후처리를 수행하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산화적 후처리를 50 내지 120℃, 바람직하게는 60 내지 100℃의 온도 및 8 내지 14의 pH에서 수행하는 방법.
- 코팅 물질, 프린트 잉크 및 플라스틱, 특히 금속성 도료의 착색을 위한 착색제로서의 제1항 내지 7항, 9항 및 10항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같이 제조된 4,10-디브로모안탄트론 안료의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
