Claims (13)

  1. 용융 온도가 35 내지 180℃인 고형의 불포화 폴리에스테르 우레탄 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 분체 도료용 결합제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실 함유 불포화 폴리에스테르 (A), 폴리이소시아네이트(B) 및 하이드록시알킬(메트) 아크릴레이트(C)를 반응시킴으로써 제조할 수 있는 결합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 불포화 디카복실산, 이의 무수물 또는 불포화 디카복실산과 이의 무수물과의 혼합물을, 경우에 따라, 포화 카복실산 및 다가 알콜과 축합시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 결합제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가, 하이드록실가가 10 내지 200㎎ KOH/g이고 산가가 2 내지 60㎎ KOH/g이며 점도가 100,000mPa.s 미만이고 알켄 그룹의 함량이 2 내지 20중량%이며 용융 온도가 50 내지 130℃인 결합제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르〔성분(A)〕가 말레산 및 푸마르산을 포함하는 하나 이상의 불포화 디카복실산을 사용하여 제조되는 결합제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르〔성분(A)〕가 네오펜틸글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리메틸을 프로판 및 글리세롤을 포함하는 하나 이상의 다가 알콜을 사용하여 제조되는 결합체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르〔성분(A)〕가 테레프탈산 및 이소프탈산을 포함하는 하나 이상의 포화 디카복실산을 사용하여 제조되는 결합제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로 헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트, 톨릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소시아네이트 함유 이량체(우레트디온) 및 상량체(이소시아누레이트)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트가 성분(B)로서 사용되는 결합제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시 프로필 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시부틸 아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 디아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시부틸 (메틸)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 이들 (메트)아크릴레이트와 ε-카프롤락톤과의 반응 생성물 및 (메트)아크릴산과 에폭사이드 함유 화합물과의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물이 성분(C)로서 사용되는 결합제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 광개시제를, 분체 도료의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 10%의 양으로 추가로 함유하는 결합제.
  11. 열 경화되거나, 자외선 또는 전자빔의 조사에 의해 경화되는 분체 도료에서의 제1항에 따르는 결합제의 용도.
  12. 기재를 적외선 조사시킴으로써 경화시키기 전에 용융되는 분체 도료에서의 제1항에 따르는 결합제의 용도.
  13. 목재, 유리, 플라스틱, 금속, 종이 피복용 분체 도료에서의 제1항에 따르는 결합제의 용도.
