Abstract

송풍기 케이스내에는 나사선케이스내에 회전할 수 있게 들어있고, 공기가 축방향으로 공급되는 방사상 송풍기 휠이 포함되어 있다.
송풍기케이스와 송풍기 휠의 능률의 적합가능성을 개선하고, 송풍기케이스를 플라스틱 지지체내에 합체시켰을 때, 음향복사를 감쇠시키기 위하여, 나사선케이스가 외피의 벽면형태에 적합한 나사선윤곽을 가진 케이스벽면에 의하여, 이러한 외피의 벽면에 대하여 일정한 간격을 두고, 분리할 수 있게 둘려싸여 있고, 이와 같은 간격을 유지하기 위한 수단이 제공되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 응결식 세탁물건조기의 냉각공기용 송풍기로서, 본 발명에 의하여 완성된 송풍기를 제2도의 분리평면(22)에 따라 취한 단면도.
제3도는 둘러싸고 있는 케이스벽내에 삽입할 수 있는 6개의 나사선케이스를 도시한 도면.

Claims (12)

  1. 가정용기기, 특히 가정용세탁기의 구성요소로 될 수 있는 가정용 세탁물건조기내의 송풍기용 케이스로서, 나사선케이스내에 회전할 수 있게 내장되어 있고, 공기가 축방향으로 공급되는 방사상 송풍기 휠이 제공되어 있는 케이스에 있어서, 나사선케이스(7)가 케이스벽면(1)에 의하여 나사선윤곽에 적합할 수 있게, 외피(9)의 벽에 대하여 일정한 간격을 두고, 분리할 수 있게 둘러싸여 있고, 일정한 간격을 유지하기 위하여 수단(10,12,13)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 나사선케이스(7)의 저부(11)에 추가하여, 둘러싸고 있는 케이스벽면(1)에도, 송풍기 휠(4)의 회전축(3)이 관통하는 베이스(2)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 둘러싸고 있는 케이스벽면(1)이 송풍기 휠(4)의 축(3)과 일치하는 평면(22)에 따라 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 케이스벽면(1)에는 공기 공급측면에, 송풍기 휠(4)에 대하여 동축방향으로 배치되어 있고, 송풍기 휠을 부분적으로 덮고 있는 공기유입구(17)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 공기유입구(17)내에 깔때기모양의 삽입물(18)이 분리할 수 있게 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 공기유입구(17)내에 판모양의 소음요소(20)가 분리할 수 있게 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  7. 제5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 깔때기모양의 삽입물(18)이 관모양의 소음요소(20)와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 결합이 삽입식결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 나사선케이스(7)의 외피(8)에 구멍이 뚫려있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 한 항에 있어서, 나사선케이스(7)의 외피(9)가 그외측면에서 진동방지재로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 한 항에 있어서, 둘러싸고 있는 케이스벽면(1)의 외피(9)가 그 내측면에서 진동방재로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
  12. 제9항 내지 제11항중 한 항에 있어서, 나사선케이스(7)의 외피외측면의 표면 또는 둘러싸고 있는 케이스벽면(1)의 외피내측면 표면이 주름이 잡혀있거나 골이 져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이스.
