Abstract
본발명은 카르로락탐 정제시에 얻어지며, 카르로락탐 및 /또는카르로락탐의 올리고머 및/또는 중합체 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 증류 잔여물로 부터 카르로락탐 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염을 회수하는 방법으로, (a) 카르로락탐 및/또는 카르로락탐의 올리고머 및/또는 중합체 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 증류 잔여물을 용융시키는 단계, (b) 용융물로 부터 카르로락탐을 연속적으로 제거하는 단계, (c) 카르로락탐을 제거한 후, 용융물을 냉각하고 잔여물을 수득하는 단계, (d) 물에 수득된 잔여물을 용해시키는 단계, (e) 알칼리 금속 탄산염을 형성시키면서 얻어진 수용액을 연소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 카르로락탐 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염 회수 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 카르로락탐 정제시에 얻어지며, 카르로락탐 및 /또는카르로락탐의 올리고머 및/또는 중합체 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 증류 잔여물로 부터 카르로락탐 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염을 회수하는 방법으로, (a) 카르로락탐 및/또는 카르로락탐의 올리고머 및/또는 중합체 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 증류 잔여물을 용융시키는 단계, (b) 용융물로 부터 카르로락탐을 연속적으로 제거하는 단계, (c) 카르로락탐을 제거한 후, 용융물을 냉각하고 잔여물을 수득하는 단계, (d) 물에 수득된 잔여물을 용해시키는 단계, (e) 알칼리 금속 탄산염을 형성시키면서 얻어진 수용액을 연소화시키는 단계를 포함하는 카르로락탐 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염 회수 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과열 중기 또는 비활성 기체를 사용하거나 및/또는 감압을 적용하여 용융물로 부터 카프로락탐이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 과열 증기 또는 비활성 기체가 250 내지 450℃의 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 수산화나트륨 및/또는 수산화퓸이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 카프로락탐 및 알칼리금속 탄산염을 회수하기 위하여, 카프로락탐 및/또는 카프로락탐이 올리고머 및/또는 중합체 및 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 포함하는 증류 잔여물을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
