Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 제동등이 필라멘트단선 등으로 인해 제기능을 못할 경우 별도의 경고등을 사용하지 않고 계기판내의 좌·우방향표시등을 교대로 점멸시켜 제동등의 이상상태를 알림으로써 비용절감효과가 발생하도록 된 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은, 운전자의 브레이크페달조작시 점등되는 제동등(1a,1b)과, 운전자가 방향선택스위치(SW)를 조작함에 따라 방향지시등용 타이머(14)에서 제공되는 계시데이터를 기초로 점멸동작을 수행하는 계기판상의 방향표시등(7a,7b) 및 외부에 설치된 방향표시등(9a,9b)을 갖춘 차량에서, 저항체로 작용하는 소정 길이의 도선(5)을 따라 상기 제동등(1a,1b)에 인가되는 전압을 검출하는 전압검출부(10)와, 상기 전압검출부(10)로부터의 전압을 소정의 기준전압(Vp)과 상호 비교하는 비교기(12), 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 상기 계기판의 방향표시등(7a,7b)과 외부에 설치된 방향표시등(9a,9b)사이의 전원공급로를 상호 분리시키는 전원공급로 분리부(16) 및, 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 상기 계기판상의 방향표시등(7a,7b)을 교대로 점멸시켜 이상발생을 알리는 경고표식동부(18)를 추가로 구비하여 구성된 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 운전자의 브레이크페달조작시 점등되는 제동등(1a,1b)과, 운전자가 방향선택스위치(SW)를 조작함에 따라 방향지시등용 타이머(14)에서 제공되는 계시데이터를 기초로 점멸동작을 수행하는 계기판상의 방향표시등(7a,7b) 및 외부에 설치된 방향표시등(9a,9b)을 갖춘 차량에 있어서, 저항체로 작용하는 소정 길이의 도선(5)을 따라 상기 제동등(1a,1b)에 인가되는 전압을 검출하는 전압검출부(10)와, 상기 전압검출부(10)로부터의 전압을 소정의 기준전압(Vp)과 상호 비교하는 비교기(12), 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 상기 계기판의 방향표시등(7a,7b)과 외부에 설치된 방향표시등(9a,9b)사이의 전원공급로를 상호 분리시키는 전원공급로 분리부(16) 및, 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 상기 계기판상의 방향표시등(7a,7b)을 교대로 점멸시켜 이상발생을 알리는 경고표식동부(18)를 추가로 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압검출부(10)는 차동증폭기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원공급로 분리부(16)는 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 온/오프스위칭동작하는 스위칭트랜지스터(Q)와 상기 스위칭트랜지스터(Q)가 온됨에 따라 동작하는 릴레이(RY1)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 릴레이(RY1)의 초기접점상태는 상시온상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경고표시구동부(18)는 상기 비교부(12)에서 출력되는 결과치에 따라 주기적인 신호를 출력하는 펄스발생기(19)와, 상기 펄스 발생기(19)로부터의 신호에 따라 상기 계기판의 방향표시등(7a,7b)을 교대로 점멸시키는 점멸소자(RY2)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 점멸소자(RY2)는 릴레이로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동등 이상유무표시장치.
