Abstract

본 발명은 담체를 사용하는 유동상 생물반응기를 이용한 혐기적 처리용 폐수처리장치에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 담체를 사용하는 유동상 생물반응기를 이용한 폐수처리 장치에 있어서, 반응기 외부에 담체트랩을 설치하고 이곳에 레벨센서에 의해 작동되는 초음파 발진기를 장착하여 생물막의 두께가 증가된 담체를 세척하고 반응기로 재순환시켜 장기간 사용시에도 담체의 손상없이 폐수처리 효율을 최대한 유지할 수 있는 폐수처리 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 미생물이 담지된 담체(4)에 의하여 폐수를 처리하는 유동성 생물반응기(3) 과잉성장된 생물막을 갖는 담체(4)를 수집 및 세척하는 것으로 반응기(3)와 배관연결되어 있으며 내부에 초음파 발진기(6)와 담체레벨센서(7)가 형성된 담체트랩(5), 처리된 폐수로 폐오니(10)를 침전시켜 제거하는 것으로 반응기(3)와 배관 연결된 침전조(9) 및 밸브(15), (16), (17)과 재순환 펌프(8)로 구성되는 담체재순환 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 혐기식 폐수처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초음파 발진기(6)를 순환파이프(15)에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 혐기식 폐수처리장치.
