Claims (1)
- 열전대와 보상도선으로 이루어진 열전대 신호 전송부와; 상기 열전대 신호 전송부의 출력전압을 입력받는 아날로그 전압 입력부와; 열전대 및 보상도선의 단선유무를 검출하는 단선검출 회로부와; 상기 단선검출 회로부의 출력신호를 소정레벨로 증폭시켜 출력전압(Vo)을 발생시켜 주는 증폭회로부와; 상기 증폭회로부의 출력전압을 14비트의 디지탈신호로 변환시켜 주는 아날로그/디지탈 변환부와; 상기 아날로그/디지탈 변환부의 출력신호를 입력받아 소정프로그램을 통해 처리한 후 PLC 본체와 변환결과를 주고받는 마이컴으로 구성된 단선 검출회로에 있어서, 상기 아날로그 전압 입력부는 상기 열전대 신호 전송부의 두 출력단에 두개의 저항(R1,R2)을 각각 직렬 연결시켜 구성하고, 상기 단선검출 회로부는 증폭회로부의 정극성 입력단자(+)와 기준전압(Vr) 사이에 두개의 직렬 저항(R3,R4)을 연결하고 이 저항(R3,R4)의 접속점은 분압저항(R5)을 통해 접지에 연결하며 상기 증폭회로부의 부극성 입력단자(-)는 단성검출용 저항(R6)을 통해 접지시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 아날로그 입력신호의 단선검출회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
