Abstract
본 발명은 아교를 이용한 유리면에 문양가공방법에 관한 것이며, 건축이나 가구에 사용되는 유리의 일면을 금강사로 타격시켜 불투명상태로 가공하고, 그 표면에 아교풀을 도포시켜 건조시키면 아교층이 건조되면서 방사상으로 균열되어져 수축이 이루어지면서 불투명유리면에서 유리조직을 파내어 투명상태의 자연문양이 구성되도록 하여 유리의 외관이 미려하고 투시되지 않도록 한 것이다.
종래에는 건축의 문이나 가구의 문에 투명유리를 구성하므로서 내부가 투시되는 결함을 해소하고자 유리를 불투명상태가 되도록 화학적으로 가공하거나 또는 거친사포등으로 연마시켜 불투명상태로 가공하고 있으나 양산되지 못하고 또 자연적인 문양을 얻을 수 없는 제반결점을 해소한 발명이다.

Claims (1)
- 판상의 유리(1) 일면에 금강사를 타격시켜 표면이 거칠고 불투명상태로 가공하고 그위에 아교풀을 2mm정도의 두께가 되도록 도포시켜 20℃의 온도로 24시간 자연건조시켜 아교층이 수축되면서 방사상으로 균열되어져 아교층이 불투명유리면(a)에서 유리조직을 파내어 투명상태의 자연문양(b)이 구성되도록 한 아교를 이용한 유리면에 문양가공 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
