Claims (5)
- 고체촉매 성분 및 올레핀의 예비중합된 중합체로 되며, 상기 고체촉매 성분은; (A) 주기율표 Ⅱ족, Ⅲ족 및 Ⅳ족 중에서 선택한 1개 이상의 원소로 된 입자 담체와, (B) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물과, (C) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물로 구성되며, 상기 예비중합된 촉매는 2.0중량% 이하 함량의 휘발성 물질을 갖는 올레핀 중합용 건조예비중합 된 촉매.
- 휘발성 물질의 함량이 2.0중량% 이하가 되도록 감소시키는 불활성 가스류내에서 예비중합된 촉매를 50℃ 이하의 온도에서 건조하는 방법으로 되고, 상기 예비중합된 촉매는 고체 촉매성분과 올레핀의 예비중합된 중합체로 되며, 상기 고체촉매 성분은: (A) 주기율표 Ⅱ족, Ⅲ족 및 Ⅳ족 중간에 선택한 1개 이상의 원소로 된 입자 담체와, (B) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물과, (C) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물로 구성된 올레핀 중합용 건조예비중합 된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 불활성 가스의 산소 농도는 20ppm 이하, 물의 함량은 20ppm 이하인 올레핀 중합용 건조예비중합 된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 불활성 가스는 원료 불활성 가스를 온도 0~100℃, 압력 1~30kg/㎠-G, GHSV 100~2, 000hr-1의 조건하에서 20~40중량%의 동을 함유하는 촉매로 처리한 다음에 이 불활성 가스를 온도 0~100℃, 압력 1~30kg/㎠-G, GHSV 100~2, 000hr-1의 조건하에서 분자체로 처리하여 얻은 것인 올레핀 중합용 건조예비중합 된 촉매의 제조방법.
- 예비중합된 촉매를 중합 반응기에 공급하여 기상으로 올레핀을 중합하는 방법으로서, 상기 예비중합된 촉매는 고체촉매 성분과 올레핀의 예비중합된 중합체로 되며, 상기 고체 촉매는: (A) 주기율표 Ⅱ족, Ⅲ족 및 Ⅳ족 중에서 선택한 1개 이상의 원소로 된 입자 담체와, (B) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속 화합물과, (C) 입자 담체(A)에 담지된 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물로 구성되며; 중합 반능기에 공급되는 예비중합된 촉매는 2.0중량% 이하의 함량의 휘발성 물질을 가지며, 고체 분말의 형태인 기상 올레핀 중합방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
