Abstract

본 발명은 초기 기동되는 짧은 시간동안 고압실과 저압실의 압력차를 없도록 하여, 기동시 부하 토오코를 줄여 구동부의 설계시 기동 토오크값을 줄이므로서 운전점에서의 구동부성능을 향상시켜 로터리 압축기의 성능을 크게 향상시키고 기동불량을 발생시키지 않도록 발명한 고효율 로타리압축기에 관한 것으로, 구동부에 의하여 실린더(50)냉서 편심회전하는 편심륜(80)과, 편심륜(80)과 습동하여 자전 및 공전을 하는 롤러(90)와, 롤러(90)의 외주에 접하며 직선 왕복운동하는 베인(110)과, 베인(110)이 롤러(90)와 접하도록 탄력을 주는 탄력수단(100)과, 일단이 실린더(50)에 연통하고 타단이 외부의 흡입관에 연통하는 흡입포트(51)와, 실린더(50)에 연통하여 압축된 고온 고압가스를 토출하는 토출포트(52)로 구성된 로타리 압축기에 있어서, 고압실(53)과 저압실(54)의 초기 기동시 압력차를 줄여 기동토오트를 낮추도록 베인(110)의 직선운동거리를 상사점부근에서 작용되게 하고 하사점부근에서는 작용되지 않게 탄력수단(100)의 탄력을 제안하도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 구동부에 의하여 실린더내에서 편심회전하는 편심륜과 습동하여 자전 및 공전을 하는 롤러와, 롤러의 외주에 접하면 직선 왕복하는 베인과, 베인이 롤러와 접하도록 탄력을 주는 탄력수단과, 일단이 실린더에 연통하고 타탄이 외부의 흡입관에 연통하는 흡입포트와, 실린더에 연통하여 압축된 고온 고압 가스를 토출하는 토출포트로 구성된 로타리 압축기에 있어서, 고압실과 저압실의 초기 기동시 압력차를 줄여 기동토오크를 낮추도록 베인의 직선운동거리를 상사점부근에서 작용되게 하고 하사점부근에서는 작용되지 않게 탄력수단의 탄력을 제한하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 로타리 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄력수단의 탄력제한거리는 롤러에 의하여 베인이 직선운동하는 거리중 상사점에서 1/3의 직선운동거리 만큼만 작용되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 로타리 압축기.
