Abstract

(목적)
펜더마커의 외관상 볼품을 손상함이 없이, 넓은 각도범위에서 그 점등상태를 보고 확인할 수 있게 한다.
(구성)
LED(5)를 탑재한 회로기판(4)을 내장하는 보디(1)상에 두꺼운 렌즈(2)를 배치하고, 렌즈(2)의 바닥면은 LED(5)에 대향하는 면을 광 투과성의 평탄면(23)으로 하고, 회로기판(4)에 대향하는 면을 광 확산성의 평탄면(24)으로 하여 각각 형성하고, 또한 이 광 투과성의 평탄면(23)에 대향하는 렌즈(2)의 윗면을 림(3)으로 덮는다.
LED(5)의 광은, 광 투과성의 평탄면(23)을 투과하여 렌즈(2)내에 들어가 림(3)의 내면에서 반사되고, 렌즈(2)의 정면체로부터 사출되어 자동차의 운전석으로부터의 시인성을 높인다. 또, 비점등시에는 광 확산성의 평탄면(24)에 있어서의 광 확산에 의해 LED(5)를 탑재한 회로기판(4)이 렌즈를 투과하여 외부에 노출됨이 없고, 외관상의 볼품이 개선된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 펜더마커의 1실시예의 부분 분해 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 펜더마커의 조립상태의 외관 사시도, 제3도는 제2도의 AA선, BB선의 각 확대 단면도, 제4도는 평탄면의 부분 확대 사시도와 그 단면도, 제5도는 점등시에 있어서의 광의 사출상태를 나타내는 모식도, 제6도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 프런트 펜더에 장비되는 펜더마커에 있어서, 적어도 LED를 탑재한 회로기판을 내장하는 보디와, 이 보디의 윗쪽에 배치된 두꺼운 렌즈와, 렌즈의 하부를 덮는 림을 구비하고, 상기 렌즈의 바닥면은 상기 LED에 대향하는 면을 광 투과면으로 하고, 상기 회고기판에 대향하는 면을 광 확산면으로 하여 각각 형성하고, 또한, 상기 광 투과면에 대향하는 렌즈의 윗면을 상기 림으로 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜더마커.
