Claims (20)
- 하기 구조식을 갖는 디히드로피리다지논 및 피리다지논 화합물단 여기서, W는 CH3-O-A=C-CO(V)CH3이며 ; A는 N 혹은 CH이며 ; V는 0 혹은 NH이며 ; Y는 O, S, NR1혹은 R6이고, R4및 R5를 갖는 고리 결합은 단일 혹은 이중 결합이고 ; n은 0 혹은 1이며 ; X는 하이드로겐(수소), 할로, (C1-C4)알킬, (C1-C4)알콕시 및 -HC=CH-CH=CH-에서 독립적으로 선택되어 나프틸 고리를 형성하고 ; R2는 하이드로겐, (C1-C12)알킬, (C1-C12)알콕시, 할로(C1-C12)알킬, 할로(C1-C12)알콕시, 히드록시(C1-C12)알킬, (C1-C12)알콕시(C1-C12)알킬, (C1-C12)알콕시카보닐(C1-C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐, 할로(C2-C8)알케닐, (C3-C10)알키닐, 할로(C3-C10)알키닐, (C3-C7)시클로알킬, (C3-C7)시클로알킬(C1-C4)알킬, 에폭시(C1-C12)알킬, PO(OR1)2(C1-C12)알킬, R1S(O)2,(C1-C12)알킬, (R1)3Si(C1-C12)알킬, 아릴, 아릴옥시, (C1-C12)알킬, 아릴카보닐(C1-C12)알킬, 아랄킬, 아릴알케닐, 헤테로사이클릭, 헤테로사이클릭(C1-C12)알킬, N-모르폴리노(C1-C12)알킬, N-피페리디닐(C1-C12)알킬로부터 독립적으로 선택되고 ; R1은 (C1-C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐 및 아릴로부터 독립적으로 선택되고 ; R4및 R5는 하이드로겐, 할로 (C1-C8)알킬, (C1-C8)알콕시, 시아노, 할로(C1-C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐, (C3-C10)알키닐, 아릴 및 아랄킬로부터 독립적으로 선택되고 ; R6은 (C1-C12)알킬레닐 및 (C2-C12)알케니레닐로부터 독립적으로 선택된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R4및 R5와 결합된 탄소사이의 고리 결합은 이중 결합임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 CH임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 N임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 V는 O임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 V는 O임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 R4및 R5는 하이드로겐이고,부분은 Y에 대한 메타이며, 그리고, R2는 (C1-C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐, 할로(C1-C12)알킬, 및 할로(C2-C8)알케닐로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 n=0이고, X는 하이드로겐이고 R2는 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 비닐, 아릴, 클로로에틸, 플루오로에틸 및 치환된 벤질로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 R2은 할로치환된 벤질, (C1-C4)알킬치환된 벤질, 트리할로치환된 벤질 및 시아노 치환된 벤질로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 R2는 2-클로로벤질, 3-클로로벤질, 4-클로로벤질, 2-플루오로벤질, 3-플루오로벤질, 4-플루오로벤질, 2-시아노벤질, 3-시아노벤질, 4-시아노벤질 및 4-트리플루오로메틸벤질로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 R4및 R5는 하이드로겐이고, 상기부분은 Y에 대한 메타이고, R2는 (C1-C12)알킬, (C2-C8)알케닐, 할로(C1-C12)알킬, 할로(C2-C8)알케닐 및 아랄킬로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 n=0이고, X는 하이드로겐이고 R2는 에틸, 프로필, 부틸, 비닐, 알릴, 클로로에틸, 플루오로에틸 및 치환된 벤질로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 R2는 할로치환된 벤질, (C1-C4)알킬치환된 벤질 및 트리할로치환된 벤질 및 시아노치환된 벤질로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 R2는 2-클로로벤질, 3-클로로벤질, 4-클로로벤질, 2-플루오로벤질, 3-플루오로벤질, 4-플루오로벤질, 2-시아노벤질, 3-시아노벤질, 4-시아노벤질 및 4-트리플루오로메틸벤질로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 농경학적으로 수용가능한 캐리어와 제1항의 화합물를 포함하고, 상기 혼합물에 대한 상기 화합물의 비가 99 : 1∼1 : 4인 식물 균을 방제하기 위한 살균 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 화합물에 대한 농학적으로 적합한 캐리어의 비는 10 : 1∼1:3임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항의 화합물을 헥타르당 0.005∼50kg의 비로 방제가 필요한 서식지에 적용함을 포함하는 식물 균방제 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1항의 화합물을 헥타르당 0.025∼10kg의 비로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 화합물 헥타르당 0.005∼10kg의 비로 곤충의 거주지에 적용함을 포함하는 곤충 방제 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 헥타르당 0.01∼1kg의 비로 적용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
