기존 산업폐기물로 소각 또는 매립되는 펄프 슬러지를 사용하여 건축용 내장재, 또는 가구용 건자재로 재활용할 수 있는 방법을 제공코져 하는 것임.
다. 발명의 해결방법의 요지.
펄프슬러지를 1차로 건조하여 섬유화시킨 후, 상기 섬유화된 펄스슬러지와 전분을 적정비로 혼합 가열하여 압출기를 통하여 고압으로 압출성형한 후 소정의 건조과정을 거쳐 압축보드를 제조토록한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 펄프슬러지를 1차로 건조하여 섬유화시킨 후, 상기 섬유화된 펄프슬러지와 전분을 혼합 가열하여 플레스 압축기를 통하여 고압으로 압출성형한 후 소정의 건조과정을 거쳐 압축보드를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄프슬러지를 주원료로 한 압축보드의 제조방법.
