Abstract

고장이력데이타 및 입출력신호의 상태경과 등과 아울러 발생시간 및/또는 경과시간 등을 각 콘트롤러마다 메모리에 기억하고, 이들을 이용하여 고장진단을 실시하는 차량고장 진단장치에 있어서, 상기한 기억하는 시간의 각 콘트롤러 사이의 모순이나 오차를 없애고, 정확한 시간에 의하여 고장진단을 확실하게 할 수 있는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 센서 및 액츄에이터의 고장을 검출하고, 이 고장데이타를 통신망(10)을 개재하여 송신하는 여러개의 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)를 구비한 차량고장 진단장치에 있어서, 계시된 시간을 표준시간으로부터 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)에 송신하는 마스터콘트롤러(1)와, 고장을 검출했을 때는 수신된 표준시간에 의거하여 고장진단에 관한 시간을 산출하는 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)등을 구비하고 있는 구성으로 되어 있다.

차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템 및 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 실시예를 나타내는 기능구성 블록도, 제2도는 본 발명에 관한 실시예를 나타내는 회로 블록도, 제3도는 본 발명에 관한 실시예를 나타내는 마스터 콘트롤러(1)의 시간관리 처리의 플로우챠트, 제4도는 본 발명에 관한 실시예를 나타내는 콘트롤러(11)의 시간관리 처리의 플로우챠트.

Claims (7)

  1. 센서 및 액츄에이터의 고장을 검출하고, 이 고장데이타를 통신망(10)을 개재하여 송신하는 여러개의 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)를 구비한 차량고장 진단장치에 있어서, 계시한 시간을 표준시간으로서 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)에 송신하는 마스터 콘트롤러(1)와, 고장을 검출했을 때는 수신된 표준시간에 의거하여 고장진단에 관한 시간을 산출하는 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 마스터 콘트롤러(1)가 상기한 표준시간으로 되는 시간을 계시하는 표준시간 계시수단(9)과, 이 표준시간을 상기한 통신망(10)을 개재하여 상기한 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)에 송신하는 제어기(8)등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 각 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)가 표준시간을 기억하는 표준시간 기억수단(63)과, 상기한 마스터 콘트롤러(1)에서 수신된 표준시간에 의거하여 표준시간 기억수단(63)에 기억된 표준시간을 갱신함과 아울러, 고장이 발생했을 때는 갱신된 표준시간에 의거하여 고장진단에 관한 시간을 산출하는 제어기(8)등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 각 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)는 상기한 고장데이타와 상기한 표준시간에 의거하여 산출되는 고장발생시간 및/또는 경과시간 등을 기억하는 고장정보 기억수단(64)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 각 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)는 센서신호의 입력상태 및 액츄에이터의 출력상태와, 상기한 표준시간에 의거하여 산출되는 상기한 입출력상태의 발생시간 등을 기억하는 차량상태 기억수단(65)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 각 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)는 상기한 표준시간에 의거하여 산출된 각 콘트롤러(11a, 11b, 11c, ...., 11n)의 교환시간을 기억하는 교환시간 기억수단(66)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
  7. 여러개의 콘트롤러가 센서 및 액츄에이터의 고장데이타 및 입출력상태 데이타와 아울러 발생시간 및/또는 경과시간을 각 콘트롤러마다 기억하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 방법에 있어서, 마스터 콘트롤러는 표준시간을 계시함과 아울러 송신하고, 또한 송신된 표준시간에 의거하여 고장진단에 관한 시간을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량고장 진단장치의 시간관리 시스템.
