Abstract

본 발명은 조류 사육장치(1)에 관한 것이다. 조류 사육장치에서 조류를 꺼내는 것은 개별 새장의 또는 새장 섹션의 실제 그리드 바닥(8)이 분리됨으로써, 즉 감겨질 수 있거나, 끌어내질 수 있거나 또는 함께 접혀짐으로써 이루어진다. 조류들을 사육장치 밖으로 이송시킬 수 있는 컨베이어벨트가 그리드바닥(8)하부에 제공된다.

제4도는 한 섹션의 개략도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유연한 그물망(9)으로 형성된 그리드바닥(8), 및 각각의 새장열(2, 3, 4) 아래 배치된 오물수집장치를 포함하는 조류 사육장치에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 각각의 새장열(2, 3, 4)의 종축을 볼때 서로 독립적이며 서로 연속하는 개별 섹션(A, B, C)으로 세분되고, 상기 오물수집장치는 새장열의 종축으로 회전하는 컨베이어벨트(5, 6, 7)로서 형성되며 각 섹션(A, B, C)의 그리드바닥(8)은 그 아래놓인 컨베이어벨트를 해제시키도록 조작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 새장의 외부로 부터 작동될 수 있고, 그 아래놓인 컨베이어벨트(5, 6, 7)를 해제시키도록 조작될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 감겨질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 사육장치로 부터 끌어내질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 새장열(2, 3, 4)의 또는 컨베이어벨트(5, 6, 7)의 종축에 대해 횡으로 함께 접혀질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 컨베이어벨트(5, 6, 7)는 오물 이송벨트로서, 그리고 그리드바닥(8)의 개방동안 조류 이송벨트로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그리드바닥(8)이 플라스틱망(9)으로 형성되고, 상기 플라스틱망은 서로 이격된 지지체(11)상에 고정되며 압력스트립(12)를 통해 지지체에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 핸들(10)이 새장 외부의 작동측으로 부터 그리드바닥 섹션(A, B, C)의 마주놓인 마지막 지지체(11)에 까지 안내되면 이것에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 컨베이어벨트(5, 6, 7)의 전달 끝부분에 조류 컨베이어벨트가 제공되고, 상기 조류 컨베이어벨트는 가이드내로 안내되는 롤러체인으로 이루어지며, 상기 롤러체인은 이송벨트의 종방향에 대해 횡으로 배치된, 서로 이격된 지지봉을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개별 새장(25, 26)은 분리벽(21)에 의해 서로 분리되며, 상기 분리벽(21)내에 통과구(27)가 제공되고, 상기 통과구를 통해 조규가 한 새장(25)로부터 다른 새장(26)으로 또는 그역으로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류 사육장치.
