Claims (16)
- 페놀 산화방지제가 존재하지 않거나 실질적으로 존재하지 않고 또 향상된 광 안정성, 향상된 장기간 열안정성 및 향상된 가스 퇴색 저항성을 갖고 하기 성분 (a):(b):(c)의 중량비 1:1:1 내지 100:2:1의 혼합률에 의해 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유: a) 4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-삼차옥틸아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물; 1-(2-히드록시에틸)-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-히드록시피페리딘 및 숙신산의 중축합반응생성물:N,N',N",N'"-테트라키스[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]-1,10-디아미노-4,7-디아자데칸; 4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-모르폴리노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물; 폴리[메틸 3-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일옥시)프로필]실옥산; 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)시클로헥실렌디옥시디메틸말로네이트;1,3,5-트리스{N-시클로헥실-N-[2-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페라진-3-온-4-일)에틸]아미노-s-트리아진;4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-시클로헥실아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물; 및 폴리 {N-[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일) 아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]-1,4,7-트리아자노난}-ω-N"-[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-데트라메틸피페리틴-4-일)아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]아미노로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 입체장애 아민;b) 트리스(2,4-디삼차부틸페닐)포스파이트;3,9-디(2,4-디삼차부틸페닐)-2,4,8,10-테트라옥사-3,9-디포스파[5.5]운데칸; 2,2',2"-니트릴로-트리스[에틸(3,3',5,5'-테트라-삼차부틸-1,1'-비페닐-2,2'-디일)포스포이트];에틸비스(2,4-디삼차부틸-6-메틸페닐)포스파이트; 및 테트라키스(2,4-디삼차부틸페닐)-4,4'-비스(디페닐렌)포스포나이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 포스파이트;및 c) N,N-디옥타데실히드록실아민; 수소화된 우지아민에서 발견되는 T1및 T2가 알킬 혼합물인 일반식 T1,T2NO의 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민; 및 US-A-5 013 510호 및 US-A-4 898 901호의 방법에 의해 N,N-디(수소화된 우지)아민의 직접적 산화반응에 의해 제조된 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민 생성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 히드록실아민.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘) 및 2,4-디클콜로로-6-삼차옥틸아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물;1-(2-히드록시에틸)-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-히드록시피페리딘 및 숙신산의 중축합반응 생성물;N,N',N",N'"-테트라키스[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]-1,10-디아미노-4,7-디아자데칸:4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페린딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-모르폴리노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물; 폴리[메틸3-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일옥시)프로필]실옥산; 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)시클로헥실렌디옥시디메틸말로네이트; 및 1,3,5-트리스{N-시클로헥실-N-[2-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페라진-3-온-4-일)에틸]아미노-s-트리아진으로 구성되 군으로부터 선정되는 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 트리스(2,4-디삼차부틸페닐)포스파이트; 3,9-디(2,4-디삼차부틸페닐)-2,4,8,10-테트라옥사-3,9-디포스파[5.5]운데칸:2,2',2"-니트릴로-트리스[에틸(3,3',5,5'-테트라-삼차부틸-1,1'-비페닐-2,2'-디일)포스포이트]; 및 에틸 비스(2,4-디삼차부틸-6-메틸페닐)포스파이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 US-A-5 013 510호 및 US-A-4 898 901호의 방법에 의해 N,N-디(수소화된 우지)아민의 직접적 산화반응에 의해 제조원 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민인 안정화뒨 폽리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a):(b):(c)의 중량비가 10:1:1 내지 10:2:1인 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제의 혼합물의 양이 섬유의 중량을 기준하여 0.05 내지 5 중량%인 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제1항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 폴리프로필렌 섬유에 혼입하는 것에 의해 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유에서 다른 안정화 특성의 손실없이 가스 퇴색 저항성을 향상시키고 색 형성을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 폴리프로필렌 섬유에 혼입하는 것에 의해 통상의 안정화제만을 사용하여 얻을 수 있는 작용에 비하여, 자외선 조사에 노출시, 폴리프로필렌 섬유의 분해 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 폴리프로필렌 섬유에 혼입하는 것에 의해 통상의 안정화제만으로 얻을수 있는 작용에 비하여 폴리프로필렌 섬유의 열 안정성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 페놀 산화방지제가 존재하지 않거나 실질적으로 존재하지 않고 또 향상된 광 안정성, 향상된 장기간열 안정성 및 향상된 가스 퇴색 저항성을 가지며 하기 성분 (I):(Ⅱ)의 중량비 100:1 내지 1:2의 혼합물에 의해 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유: I) 4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘)및 2,4-디클로로-6-삼차옥틸아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물;1- (2-히드록시에틸) -2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-히드록시피페리딘 및 숙신산의 중축합반응 생성물:N,N',N",N'"-데트라키스[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]-1,10-디아미노-4,7-디아자데칸;4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페린딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-모르폴리노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물;폴리[메틸3-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일옥시)프로필]실옥산; 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)시클로헥실렌디옥시디메틸말로네이트;1.3,5-트리스{N-시클로헥실-N-[2-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페라진-3-온-4-일)에틸]아미노-s-트리아진 및 4,4',-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘) 및 2,4-디클로로-6-시클로헥실아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 입체장애 아민; 및 Ⅱ) N,N-디옥타데실히드록실아민: 수소화된 우지 아민에서 발견되는 T1및 T2가 알킬 혼합물인 일반식 T1T2NOH의 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민; 및 US-A-5 013 510호 및 US-A-4 898 901호의 방법에 의해 N, N-디(수소화된 우지) 아민의 직접적 산화반응에 의해 제조된 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 히드록실아민.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성분(I)이 4,4'-헥사메틸렌-비스(아미노-2,2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘)및 2,4-디클로로-6-삼차옥틸아미노-s-트리아진의 중축합반응 생성물; 1-(2-히드록시에 틸) -2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-히드록시피페리딘 및 숙신산의 중축합반응 생성물; 및N,N',N",N'",-테트라키스[4,6-비스(부틸-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘-4-일)아미노)-s-트리아진-2-일]-1,10-디아미노-4,7-디아자데칸으로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성분(Ⅱ)가 US-A-5 013 510호 및 US-A-4 898 901호의 방법에 의해 N, N-디(수소화된 우지)아민의 직접적 산화반응에 의해 제조된 N,N-디알킬히드록실아민인 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성분(I):(Ⅱ)의 중량비가 10:1 내지 1:1인 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제10항에 있어서, 안정화제 혼합물의 양이 섬유의 중량을 기준하여 0.05 내지 5 중량%인 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유.
- 제10항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 폴리프로필렌 섬유에 혼합하는 것에 의해 안정화된 폴리프로필렌 섬유에서 기타 안정화 특성의 손실없이 가스 퇴색 저항성을 향상시키고 또 색 형성을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제10항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 폴리프로필렌 섬유에 혼합하는 것에 의해 통상의 안정화제만을 사용하여 얻을 수 있는 작용에 비하여 자외선 조사에 노출시 폴리프로필렌 섬유의 분해 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
