Abstract

곡물탱크 내에 설치하는 수직오거(7)를, 가이드축에 부착 할 때의, 베어링(6)과 가이드축(4)의 원주면 사이와의 간격 조정 및 부착작업이, 시공하는 현장에서, 수직오거(7)를 설치한 후에도, 쉽고 신속하게 실시할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
곡물탱크(1)의 천정부에 설치하는 가이드축(4)에, 설치하는 수직오거(7)의 지지프레임(5)을, 금속재에 의해, 상기한 가이드축(4)의 원주면을 권취하는 짧은 통 형상으로 성형하며, 그 좌우의 측벽부의 하단측에서, 안 쪽을 향해 하강 경사하는 좌우 한 쌍의 경사판부(5b,5b)를, 대향하도록 형성하고, 그들 각 하단측에서, 대략 수직으로 밀면서 수하하는 체결판부(5c,5c)를, 좌우 한 쌍이 대향하도록 형성하며, 그곳에 조정볼트(8)를 삽입하는 볼트구멍(81)을 형성하고, 상기한 경사판부(5b,5b)의 각 내면 및 천정판으로 되는 대판부(5a)의 내면에, 가이드축(4)의 원주면을 지지하는 볼 형상의 베어링(6)을 설치한다.

곡물탱크에 있어서의 수직오거의 지지프레임의 부착장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 수직오거의 지지프레임의 부착수단을 실시한 곡물 건조장의 일부을 절단한 측면도이다. 제2도는 종래의 수직오거의 지지프레임의 부착수단의 주요부의 일부를 절한 사시도이다. 제3도는 종래의 수직오거의 지지프레임의 부착수단의 주요부의 종단 정면이다. 제4도는 종래의 수직오거의 지지프레임에 부착하는 베어링 및 구동롤러 설치위치의 설명도이다. 제5도는 종래의 수직오거의 지지프레임의, 수직오거 및 그 구동용 모터 부착한 상태의 사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 곡물탱크(1)의 천정부에 가로 방향으로 설치하는 가이드축(4)에, 설치하는 수직오거(7)의 지지프레임(5)을, 금속재에 의해, 상기한 가이드축(4)의 원주면에 권취되는 짧은 통 형상으로 성형하며, 그 좌우 측벽부의 하단측에서, 안 쪽을 향하여 하강 경사하는 경사판부(5b,5b)를, 좌우 한쌍이 대향하도록 형성하고, 그 각각의 하단측에서, 대략 수직으로 밀면서 수하하는 체결판부(5c,5c)를, 좌우 한 쌍이 대향하도록 형성하며, 그곳에 조정볼트(8)를 삽입하는 볼트구멍(81)을 형성하고, 상기한 경사판부(5b,5b)의 각 내면 및 천정판으로 되는 대판부(5a)의 내면에, 가이드축(4)의 원주면을 지지하는 볼 형상의 베어링(6)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 곡물탱크에 있어서의 수직오거의 지지프레임의 부착장치.
