Abstract

본 발명은 연료탱크 취부용 스트랩의 체결구조에 관한 것으로서, 플로어(70)의 저면에 취부된 제4크로스멤버(80)의 좌우양측면에 조립홀(51)이 형성된 스트랩브라켓(50)의 양측단부가 취부되고, 상기 조립홀(51)에는 스트랩(40)의 일측단부가 삽입되며, 타측단부는 상기 플로어(70)의 저면에 폐단면을 갖으며 설치된 연료탱크 (60)를 받치며 제2크로스멤버(20)의 저면에 볼트(30) 체결되어 지는 것에 있어서, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)의 양측면에 조립홀(51)을 형성하고, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)에 삽입되는 스트랩(40)의 일측단부에는 접촉부(95)가 형성된 별도의 브라켓(90)이 취부하여, 차량을 운행중 충돌 사고등에 의하여 플로어(70)에 충격이 전달되어 상기 플로어(70) 저면에 폐단면을 갖으며 설치되어진 연료탱크(60)를 지지하고 있는 스트랩(40)이 뒤로 밀리는 경우, 상기 스트랩(40)의 일측단부에 취부된 브라켓(90)의 접촉부(95)가 스트랩브라켓(50)의 일측면에 접촉되며, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)이 상승되는 것을 방지하여 주게되며, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)으로부터 스트랩(40)이 이탈되는 것을 억제하도록 하는 연료탱크 취부용 스트랩의 체결구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 플러어(70)의 저면에 취부된 제4크로스멤버(80)의 좌우양측면에 조립홀(51)이 형성된 스트랩브라켓(50)의 양측단부가 취부되고, 상기 조립홀(51)에는 스트랩 (40)의 일측단부가 삽입되며, 타측단부는 상기 플로어(70)의 저면에 폐단면을 갖으며 설치된 연료탱크(60)를 받치며 제2크로스멤버(20)의 저면에 볼트(30) 체결되어 지는 것에 있어서, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)의 양측면에 조립홀(51)을 형성하고, 상기 스트랩브라켓(50)에 삽입되는 스트랩(40)의 일측단부에는 접촉부(95)가 형성된 별도의 브라켓(90)이 치부됨을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 취부용 스트랩의 체결구조.
