Abstract

본 발명은 가열된 폐유내에서 폐타이어를 열분해 반응시켜 오일화하기 위한 열분해 반응조건과 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로 열분해 반응시 온도를 380℃로 낮추고 폐타이어와 폐유의 공급비를 2:1하여 분해시킴으로서 폐유에 대한 폐타이어의 처리량을 높이고 열효율을 증대시켰으며 반응기내에 첨가제 수산화 칼슘[Ca(OH)2]을 첨가하여 열분해 생성오일 중의 유황분과 염소등의 유해물질의 함유량을 최소화하였고, 열분해 장치의 기계적 결함을 해소하기 위해 폐유가열장치, 폐타이어의 연속공급장치, 열분해 반응기 및 잔유물 건조기의 장치상의 문제점을 개선한 폐타이어/폐유의 복합열분해에 의한 오일화 장치.

Claims (2)

  1. 가열된 폐유내에서 폐타이어를 열분해 반응시켜 오일화하는 열분해 반응조건으로서 폐타이어/폐유의 공급비율을 2:1로 하고, 열분해 반응기(6)내의 온도를 380℃로 하며 첨가제로 수산화 칼슘[Ca(OH)2]을 폐타이어량의 5% 이내를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어/폐유의 복합열분해에 의한 오일화 방법.
  2. 파쇄된 폐타이어를 2중댐퍼(3)에 의해 열분해 반응기(6)에 공급하고 동시에 폐유를 가열로(4)에서 예열하여 증발탑(5)에서 저비점분을 제거 후 고비점분의 유분만을 열분해 반응기(6)에 공급하며 폐타이어는 열분해 반응기(6)내에서 스크류에 의해 하부로부터 상부로 이송되면서 열분해되어 가스상으로 되며 이를 급냉조 (8)에 도입하여 중질유분과 가스상으로 분리시키고 중질유분에 함유된 입자들과 타르성분은 슬럿지 분리조(9)에서 분리되며 급냉조(8)에서 응축되지 않은 가스상은 응축기(10)를 거친후 가스-오일분리기(11)로 보내져 경질유와 비응축성 가스로 분리하는 오일화 장치이며 열분해 반응기(6)에서 슬럿지 상태로 배출된 잔류물은 스크류 건조기(7)에서 건조하여 2중댐퍼로 구성된 잔류물 배출기(14)를 통해 배출되면서 냉각되고 철심분리기(15), 파쇄기(16) 및 체 분리기(17)의 과정을 거쳐 제품의 잔류물 상태를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어/폐유의 복합열분해에 의한 오일화 장치.
