Abstract

본 발명은 제강공장의 전로에서 취련 완료된 용강을 수강하는 티밍래들(Teem
ing Ladle)의 바닥에 부착되어 주조 작업할 때에 용강의 유량을 제어하는 슬라이딩 노즐 카세트에 내장된 상부노즐과 플레이트연와 사이에 용강유출 방지를 위하여 충진된 몰탈의 사용후 제거해야 될 폐몰탈의 제거를 간편하고 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 슬라이딩 노즐 카세트의 폐몰탈 제거방법에 관한 것으로, 상부노즐과 플레이트연와 사이에 충진된 몰탈의 사용후 분리작업시 스틸바를 사용하지 않고 자연분리될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제3도는 종래의 상부노즐에 부착된 폐몰탈의 제거상태도, 제4도는 본 발명 흑연유를 상부노즐 및 플레이트연와의 몰탈에 도포하는 상태도, 제5도는 본 발명을 이용하여 폐몰탈이 상부노즐로부터 분리된 상태도.

Claims (1)

  1. 제강공장의 전로에서 취련완료된 용강을 수강하는 티밍래들(1)의 바닥에 부착되어 주조작업시 용강의 유량을 제어하는 슬라이딩 노즐 카세트(2)에 상부노즐(4)과 플레이트연와(7) 사이에 장입된 몰탈(6)을 사용후
    폐몰탈(9)된 것을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 플레이트연와(7)에 부착된 몰탈(6)의 상부와 상부노즐(4)에 형성된 몰탈접면부(4a)면에 흑연가루 60중량％와 경유 40중량％로 혼합되어 형성된 흑연유(11)를 도포하여 사용하고난 폐몰탈(9)을 상부노즐(4)로부터 자연분리되어 제거시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 노즐 카세트의 폐몰탈 제거방법.
