Abstract

자동차용 수동변속기에 있어서, 변속기의 입력축에 각 변속 스피드 기어가 장착된 마찰부분에 오일을 충분하게 공급시켜 회전체의 원활한 회전을 가능케하여 마찰부분의 소착을 방지하기 위하여; 변속기 하우징에 비산되는 오일을 한 곳으로 유도하는 유도수단과, 이 유도수단에 의하여 유도되는 오일을 일시적으로 수용하는 피스턴과, 입력축의 회전을 이용하여 상기 피스턴을 왕복운동시켜 내부에 수용되는 오일을 펌핑가능하게 하는 캠 구동수단과, 이 캠 구동수단에 의하여 펌핑작용을 하는 상기 피스턴이 연속적으로 펌핑작용할 수 있도록 하는 탄성부재와, 상기한 피스턴이 삽입되는 리어 커버의 하우징 내측에 형성된 실린더와, 상기 입력축에 형성된 오일통로를 연결하여 펌핑된 오일이 입력측 주위에 설치된 마찰부위에 공급될 수 있도록 오일을 안내하는 안내 수단을 포함하는 수동변속기 입력축의 오일공급장치.

제2도는 제1도의 "M"부를 상세히 도시한 부분 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명에 적용되는 오일 공급장치의 피스턴을 도시한 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 변속기 하우징에 비산되는 오일을 한 곳으로 유도한 유도수단과; 이 유도수단에 의하여 유도되는 오일을 일시적으로 수용하는 피스턴과; 입력축의 회전을 이용하여 상기 피스턴을 왕복운동시켜 내부에 수용된 오일을 펌핑가능하게 하는 캠 구동수단과; 이 캠 구동수단에 의하여 펌핑작용을 하는 상기 피스턴이 연속적으로 펌핑작용할 수 있도록 하는 탄성부재와; 상기한 피스턴이 삽입되는 리어 커버의 하우징 내측에 형성된 실린더와; 상기 입력축에 형성된 오일통로를 연결하여 펌핑된 오일이 입력축 주위에 설치된 마찰부위에 공급될 수 있도록 오일을 안내하는 안내수단을 포함하는 수동변속기 입력축의 오일공급장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도수단은 적어도 2회 이상 외측방향으로 확장ㆍ절곡됨을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 입력축의 오일공급장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스턴은 캠 구동수단의 회전력에 의한 힘과 이에 대항하는 탄성부재의 탄지력에 의하여 오일을 송출하도록 직선왕복운동의 힘을 받는 저면과, 피스턴이 실린더에서 인출되었을 때 오일을 유입 하도록 피스턴의 측부가 절개되어 형성된 유입구와, 저면에 대향하여 개방상태로 형성되어 오일을 송출하는 송출구를 포함하는 수동변속기 입력축의 오일공급장치.
