Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 시트벨트 높이조절장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 슬립가이드를 상하로 이동가능하게 함과 동시에 걸림부재에 의해 레일로부터 움직이 저지되도록 한 차량용 시트 벨트 높이조절장치로, 운전석 및 조수석 측부에 형성된 트림 (1)에서 설치되며 일방향으로 경사진 돌기부(110)를 가지는 레일(100)과: 일측에 상기 경사진 돌기부(110)와 역방향의 걸림돌기 (210)를 가지며 타측에 손잡이부(220)가 형성된 고정구(200)와: 상기 고정구(200)의 손잡이부(220)와 슬립가이드를 고정하기 위한 고정구멍 (301) (302)을 가지며 일측에 상기 레일(100) 측부에 걸어맞춤되며 상기 레일(100) 축방향으로 이동가능한 걸림턱 (310)이 형성된 조정부(300)와: 상기 고정구(200)의 손잡이부(220)와 조정부(300) 사이에 탄성부재 (400)가 설치됨을 본 발명의 기술적 구성으로 한다.

제1도는 종래 차량용 시트벨트 높이조절장치를 분리하여 간략하게 나타낸 도,
제2도는 본 실시에 차량의 시트벨트용 슬립가이드의 회전구조의 분해시도,
제3도는 본 발명 차량용 시트벨트 높이조절장치를 결합한 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 운전석 및 조수석 측부에 형성된 트림에 설치되며 일방향으로 다수개의 경사진 고정돌기부를 가지는 레일과; 일측에 상기 경사진 고정돌기부와 역방향의 다수개의 걸림돌기를 가지며 타측에 손잡이부가 형성된 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 손잡이부와 슬립가이드를 고정하기 위한 고정구멍을 가지며 일측에 상기 레일 측부에 걸어 맞춤되며 상기 레일 축방향으로 이동가능한 걸림턱이 형성된 조정부와, 상기 고정구의 손잡이부와 조정부 사이에 탄성부재가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트벨트 높이조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정구의 손잡이부는 일단에 암나사가 형성되고, 상기 암나사에는 수나사가 형성된 노브가 체결됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트벨트 높이조절장치.
