Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 리어플로어 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래의 리어풀로어 (5)의 구조는 스페어타이어를 보관하기 위한 스페어타이어 팬 (11)의 크기가 스페어타이어만이 들어갈 수 있는 크기이며, 잭이나 공구박스(14)를 보관하기 위해서는 리어사이드플로어 (13)에 별도로 설치하게 구성되어 있는 사용하는데 불편함이 많았다. 본 발명은 리어플로어 (5)의 바닥면 (12)과 스페어타이어 팬 (11) 사이에 단차를 줄이고 일정공간을 확보할 수 있는 중간부(20)를 형성시킨 구조로 되어 있다.
따라서 본 발명에 따르면 리어플로어의 바닥면과 스페어타이어 팬 사이에 중간부를 두어 리어플로어의 단면 형상이 완만한 계단형상을 갖도록 하여 성형시 주름이 발생되지 않도록 할 뿐 아니라 중간부에 잭이나 공구박스를 보관할 수 있는 공간을 확보하여 정비성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 가져올 수 있다.

  1. 리어플로어 (5)의 바닥면(12)과 스페어타이어 팬(11) 사이에 단차를 줄이고 일정공간을 확보할 수 있는 중간부(20)를 형성시킨 구조로 되어 있는 자동차의 리어 플로어 구조.
