Abstract

본 발명은 포장기와 그 포장기로부터 생산된 비닐용기에 관한 것으로서, 비닐용기에 뚜껑이 결합된 유출구를 형성하여 포장 완료된 비닐용기 내의 내용물을 필요시 언제라도 편리하게 유출시켜 사용하도록 함과 함께 일정량 사용후 남은량을 안정되게 보관하도록 하고, 상기 비닐용기의 형태가 각 방향에서 보았을 때 대략 직사각형을 이루도록 하여 내용물이 포장되어 있는 비닐용기의 운반 및 보관이 용이하도록 하며, 상기 비닐용기가 일정형태를 갖추는 과정에서 내용물의 충진이 완료되도록 하여 공정의 간소화도 가능해 지도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 발명은 본체 내에 설치되어 공급롤러의 회전에 의해 롤 상태의 비닐지가 펼쳐진 상태로 공급될 때 이 공급되는 비닐지에 일정간격으로 구멍을 형성하여 주는 펀칭부재와, 상기 펀칭부재에 의해 비닐지에 구멍을 형성할때 구멍주위에 묻은 기름때나 각종 이물질을 개끗이 제거하여 주는 브러시 및 물분사부재와, 상기 물분사부재에 의해 물을 분사함에 따라 비닐지에 묻어 있는 물기를 건조시켜 제거하여 주는 드라이어와, 상기 펀칭부재에 의해 형성된 비닐지의 각 구멍으로 뚜껑이 결합된 유출구를 끼워넣어 주는 유출구를 공급부재와, 상기 유출구공급부재에 의해 구멍으로 끼워넣어진 유출구를 비닐지와 접착시켜 주는 유출구접찬부재와, 상기 유출구가 접착된 비닐지가 원통형으로 말리도록 안내하여 주는 안내부재와, 상기 안내부재에 의해 안내되어 원통형으로 말려지는 비닐지의 양 끝단부를 수직으로 접착시켜 주는 수직씰릭부재와, 상기 수직씰링부재에 의해 양끝단부가 수직으로 접착된 상태로 이송되는 비닐지의 좌 · 우측면부를 절첩시켜 네곳의 모서리를 형성하는 주는 한쌍의 모서리 형성부재와, 상기 모서리형성부재에 의해 형성된 네곳의 모서리부분을 각각 수직으로 접착하여 주는 모서리수직씰링부재와, 상기 수직씰링부재에 의해 접착된 부분과 모서리수직씰링부재에 의해 접착된 부분을 냉각시켜 주는 냉각부재와, 상 · 하로 일정한 스트로크를 갖고 이동하면서 상기 수직씰릭부재에 의해 양끝단부가 수직으로 접착되고 모서리수직씰링부재에 의해 네곳의 모서리가 수직으로 접찬된 비닐지를 수평으로 접착하여 일정 형태의 비닐용기를 만들어 주는 수평씰링부재와, 상기 수평씰링부재가 상 · 하로 이동함에 따라 일정 형태의 비닐용기가 만들어질 때 내용물공급수단에 의해 일정량씩 공급되는 내용물을 상기 비닐용기 내로 투입하여 주는 내용물투입관과, 상기 비닐용기 내로 내용물이 투입된 상태에서 수평으로 접착된 부분을 냉각시켜 줌과 동시에 전달하여 하나의 내용물 포장을 완료하는 전달부재와, 상기 포장이 완료된 제품을 기기 외부로 이송시켜 주는 콘베이어로 구성하여서 된 포장기를 제공함과 함께 상기 포장기에 의해 생산된 비닐용기를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 본체 내에 설치되어 공급롤러의 회전에 의해 롤 상태의 비닐지가 펼쳐진 상태로 공급될 때 이 공급되는 비닐지에 일정간격으로 구멍을 형성하여 주는 펀칭부재와, 상기 펀칭부재에 의해 비닐지에 구멍을 형성할 때 구멍주위에 묻은 기름때나 각종 이물질을 깨끗이 제거하여 주는 브러시 및 물분사부재와, 상기 물분사부재에 의해 물을 분사함에 따라 비닐지에 묻어 있는 물기를 건조시켜 제거하여 주는 드라이어와, 상기 펀칭부재에 의해 형성된 비닐지의 각 구멍으로 뚜껑이 결합된 유출구를 끼워넣어 주는 유출구공급부재와, 상기 유출구공급부재에 의해 구멍으로 끼워넣어진 유출구를 비닐지와 접착시켜 주는 유출구접착부재와, 상기 유출구가 접착된 비닐지가 원통형으로 말리도록 안내하여 주는 안내부재와, 상기 안내부재에 의해 안내되어 원통형으로 말려지 는 비닐지의 양 끝단부를 수직으로 접착시켜 주는 수직씰링부재와, 상기 수직씰링부재에 의해 양끝단부가 수직으로 접착된 상태로 이송되는 비닐지의 좌 · 우측면부를 절첩시켜 네곳의 모서리를 형성하는 주는 한쌍의 모서리형성부재와, 상기 모서리형성부재에 의해 형성된 네곳의 모서리부분을 각각 수직으로 접착하여 주는 모서리 수직씰링부재와, 상기 수직씰링부재 (14)에 의해 접착된 부분과 모서리수직씰링부재 (16)에 의해 접착된 부분을 냉각시켜 주는 냉각루재와, 상 · 하로 일정한 스트로크를 갖고 이동하면서 상기 수직씰링부재에 의해 양끝단부가 수직으로 접착되친 모서리 수직씰링부재에 의해 네곳의 모서리가 수직으로 접착된 비닐지를 수평으로 접착하여 일정 형태의 비닐용기를 만들어주는 수평씰링부재와 상기 수평씰링부재가 상 · 하로 이동함에 따라 일정 형태의 비닐용기가 만들어 질때 내용물공급수단에 의해 일정량씩 공급되는 내용물을 상기 비닐용기 내로 투입하여 주는 내용물투입관과, 상기 비닐용기 내로 내용물이 투입된 상태에서 수평으로 접착된 부분을 냉각시켜 줌과 동시에 전달하여 하나의 내용을 포장을 완료하는 전달부재와 상기 포장이 완료된 제품을 기기 외부로 이송시켜 주는 콘베이어로 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 포장기.
  2. 비닐지의 양끝단부가 구직으로 씰링되고 상 · 하단부가 수평으로 씰링되어 일정 형태를 유지하는 비닐용기에 있어서, 일측 상부로 뚜껑이 결합된 유출구를 접착하여 포장이 완료된 상태에서의 내용물 유출이 상기 유출구를 통해서 이루어지도록 하고, 모서리가 형성되게 네곳을 수직으로 씰링하여 내용물이 포장된 상태에서의 각 방향 형태가 대략 직사각형을 유지하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 포장기로부터 생산된 비닐용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 하부의 수평씰링부에 V자형씰링부를 함께 형성하여 내용물이 포장된 상태에서의 비닐용기 하부가 상기 V자형씰링부에 의해 평평해 지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 포장기로부터 생산된 비닐용기.
