Abstract

본 발명은 김치 진공포장용기 뚜껑에 관한 것으로, 내주연에는 걸림환턱을 형성하고 저부에는 패킹을 부착한 감지 진공포장용기 (20)의 뚜껑에 있어서, 패킹 (35)과 측벽 (5)의 내주연 사이에는 가스순환요홈(2)을 형성하고, 걸림환턱 (1)의 수직방향으로 일정한 간격마다 절개홈(1A)을 형성한 구조로 이루어져 김치가 진공상태로 저장된 진공포장용기 (20)의 내부에 김치의 숙성에 따라 가스가 발생하므로써 내부 압력이 증가될 경우, 가스가 외부로 분출되도록 하여 내용물의 유출을 방지하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 내주연에는 걸림환턱을 형성하고 저부에는 패킹을 부착한 김치 진공포장용기 (20)의 뚜껑에 있어서, 패킹(35)과 측벽 (5)의 내주연 사이에는 가스순환요홈(2)을 형성하고, 걸림환턱 (1)의 수직방향으로는 일정한 간격마다 절개홈(1A)을 형성한 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 김치 진공포장용기 뚜껑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 패킹 (35)은 외향 경사면을 갖도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 김치 진공포장용기 뚜껑.
