Abstract

[과제]
액정용유리등상면의 청정을 유지하는 필요가 있어 충격에도 견디는 유리판운반용기를 개발한다.
[해결수단]
용기내에 수용하는 유리판을 분리하는 가이홈을 설치함과 동시에, 뚜껑이 닫히면 L자형 유지구가 수납유리판의 가로방향을 끼우고. 세로방향을 쿠션을 통해 가압하여 안정수용한다. 이 용기양측면에 각대를 돌설하여 용기본체를 옆으로 쓰러뜨림으로써 유리판은 수평방향에 유지되고, 수납, 취출이 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 유리판운반용용기를 일부단면으로 나타낸 사시도,
제2도는 본 발명에 관한 유리판운반용용기의 중앙단면이 되는 측면도,
제3도는 가이드판을 장착한 상태를 나타내는 용기본체의 평면도,
제4도는 유리판을 부리수용하기 위한 가이드판의 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 액정용등의 유리판을 수직방향으로 수납하여 운반하는 용기에 있어서, 수납하는 복수의 유리판을 각각 소정간격에 유지하기 위한 격벽을 가지는 수납가이드판을 착탈자재로 하여, 또한, 수납되는 유리판의 양단하부가 접촉하여 가압함으로써 그 유리판의 양단면을 유지하는 유리판 재치대를 장착하여, 그리고, 그 용기저면 및 그 용기의 뚜껑의 이면에 방진재를 착탈이 자유롭게 한 것이고, 또한, 고 수납되는 유리판의 표리면측의 용기측면판 상면에 그 유리판과 평행한 간격을 유지하는 각대를 돌설형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정용등의 유리판운반용용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 유리판의 수납가이드판은, 용기본체의 양쪽양측면에 복수개소에 관해서 설치한 가이드 끼움홈에 도립 또한 착탈이 자유롭게 계합하는 기판을 양단에 가지어, 또한, 그 기판사이를 잇는 지지벽판을 그 기판의 중심선상 또는 어긋난 위치에 형성하여, 이 지지벽판에 유리판의 수용가능매수보다 한장 많은 격벽을 양면 또는 한 면에 돌설형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정용등의 유리판운반용용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 용기본체의 내부저면에 고무 또는 발포플라스틱의 완충재를 부설하여 또한, 용기의 뚜껑의 이면에 고무 또는 발포플라스틱의 완충재를 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정용등의 유리판운반용용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유리판의 양단면을 유지하는 유리판 재치대는, 전장이 용기의 단변측저면의 안치수보다 짧고, 단면이 직각 또는 보다 작은 각도를 끼는 L자형의 2변을 가지어, 그 교점으로부터 배면측에 얇은 부분을 통해 두꺼운 고정대를 가지는 형상으로 용기내 길이방향 양단에 대향형상으로 장착되어, 무부하상태에 있어서 그 L자형부는 약간의 각도를 갖고 바깥쪽으로 경사시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액정용등의 유리판운반용용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수조의 고무 또는 플라스틱재로 이루어지는 완충재를 정상변에 부착한 산모양 완충용스페이서를, 그 수용되는 유리판의 상하에 장착하여, 해당 유리판을 완충유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정용등의 유리판운반용용기.
