Abstract

본 발명은 유리섬유 집합체의 표면을 표면재로 피복·가공하므로서 유리섬유 집합체의 취급, 보관, 시공등의 과정을 편리하고, 쾌적한 환경에서 수행할 수 있도록 한 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공방법 및 장치와 그에 따른 제품에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 유리섬유 집합체는 건축물을 보호 및 보온단열 하므로서 불필요한 연료의 낭비를 막고 연료의 산화를 방지함은 물론, 환경의 오염도 크게 줄일 수 있어 건축용 및 산업용으로 구분되어 널리 사용되고 있는바, 지금까지는 이러한 용도의 유리섬유 집합체를 절단·이송 및 운반하는 과정에서 유리섬유 집합체가 비산되거나 분진이 발생하기 때문에 호흡기 자극이나 피부질환등을 일으킬 소지가 있었으며, 또 건축용 유리섬유집합체의 총 수요량에 있어서 일반소비자 및 소형건축업자등에 사용되는 양은 매우 미미한 반면 대형빌딩이나 대단위 아파트, 공공건물, 국가시설 등의 대형건출물에만 사용되는 양이 편중되는 등 이용범위에 한계가 있었다.
이에, 본 발명은 유리섬유 집합체를 단위규격화하여 4면에 필름을 접착하므로서 표면에서의 분진 및 비산을 방지하여 쾌적한 시공여건을 부여함은 물론 표면가공전의 제품에 비하여 압축비를 높게할 수 있어 취급 및 운반을 용이하게 함과 동시에 열저항 및 열관류저항을 향상시켜 단열성능을 우수하게 하고, 결로 방지효과를 갖도록 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 유리섬유 원료를 집면하여 오븐으로 가열·성형하므로서 유리섬유 집합체를 연속 제조토록 한 유리섬유 집합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 유리 섬유 집합체를 소폭의 단위규격으로 절단하여 상·하면에 접착제를 도포한 후 유리섬유 집합체의 상·하면에 필름을 접착하되, 상·하면 필름 중 어느 일면이나 양면 모두에 작은 구멍을 무수히 천공하여 필름 양단의 연부를 융착하고 이를 일정 길이로 절단토록 하는 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상·하부 필름 양단의 연부를 융착시 양단에 일정간격으로 고정부재를 배치하여 동시에 융착되도록 한 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공방법.
  3. 원료공급장치(1)에 공급되는 유리섬유 원료를 이온수분사장치(2)와 수지분사장치(3)를 경유시켜 집면실(4)에서 집면한 것을 오븐(5)을 경유시켜 유리섬유 집합체(G)로 연속 성형되도록 하는 유리섬유 집합체 제조장치에 있어서, 오븐(5)에 연접하여 다수의 종절단톱(6)을 설치하고, 이에 연접하여 접착제 분사노즐(7a)(7b)과 필름접착장치(8a)(8b) 및 횡절단커터(15)를 설치하여서 된 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 필름접착장치(8a)(8b)는 외방에 필름(Fa)(Fb)이 권취된 필름롤(9a)(9b)이 장착되고, 이로부터 인출되는 필름(Fa)(Fb)이 장력 조절로울러(10a)(10b)와 안내로울러(11a)(11b)를 경유하여 유도로울러(12a)(12b)와 유리섬유 집합체(G)의 사이로 진입되도록 하여서 된 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 필림롤(9a)(9b)과 장력조절로우럴(10a)(10b)의 사이에 타공로울러(13a)(13b)가 설치된 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공장치.
  6. 유리섬유 원료가 집면되어 판상으로 성형된 유리섬유 집합체(G)에 있어서, 4면을 필름(Fa)(Fb)으로 접착하되 일측면 또는 양측면의 필름(Fa)(Fb)에 작은 구멍(H)을 무수히 형성하여서 된 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유리섬유 집합체(G) 양단으로 돌출되는 필름(Fa)(Fb)의 융착부에 일정간격으로 고정부재(B)를 융착하여서 된 건축용 유리섬유 집합체의 표면 가공제품.
