Claims (12)
- 단성분 실온경화형 실리콘러버 47.5∼87.1중량%, 가소제 11∼50중량%, 이온선택성 물질 0.5∼1.5중량% 및 친유성 첨가제 0.4∼2.0중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘이온 센서의 고체상 전극 표면상에 이온 선택성 막을 형성하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소제는 비스(2-에틸헥실)아디페이트, 비스(2-에틸헥실)세바케이트 및 2-니트로페닐 옥틸 에테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온 선택성 물질은 N,N,N′,N′-테트라시클로헥실-3-옥사펜탄디아미드; (-)-(R,R)-N,N′-[비스(11-에톡시카르보닐)운데실]-N,N′,4,5-테트라메틸-3,6-디옥사옥탄디아미드; 및 N,N-디시클로헥실-N′,N′-디옥타데실-3-옥사펜탄디아미드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 친유성 첨가제는 테트라도데실암모늄 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보레이트; 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보론 포타슘; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘이온 센서는 생체 시료, 환경 및 수질중의 칼슘이온 농도를 측정하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 단성분 실온경화형 실리콘러버 47.5∼87.1중량%, 가소제 11∼50중량%, 이온선택성 물질 0.5∼1.5중량% 및 친유성 첨가제 0.4∼2.0중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 칼슘이온 센서의 재래식 전극에 구비되는 이온 선택성 막을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 가소제는 비스(2-에틸헥실)아디페이트, 비스(2-에틸헥실)세바케이트 및 2-니트로페닐 옥틸 에테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이온 선택성 물질은 N,N,N′,N′-테트라시클로헥실-3-옥사펜탄디아미드; (-)-(R,R)-N,N′-[비스(11-에톡시카르보닐)운데실]-N,N′,4,5-테트라메틸-3,6-디옥사옥탄디아미드; 및 N,N-디시클로헥실-N′,N′-디옥타데실-3-옥사펜탄디아미드로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 친유성 첨가제는 테트라도데실암모늄 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보레이트; 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보론 포타슘; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 칼슘이온 센서는 생체 시료, 환경 및 수질중의 칼슘이온 농도를 측정하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 칼슘이온 센서의 고체상 전극 표면상에 이온 선택성 막을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 단성분 실온경화형 실리콘 러버 47.5∼87.1중량%, 가소제 11∼50중량%, 이온선택성 물질 0.5∼1.5중량% 및 친유성 첨가제 0.4∼2.0중량%로 이루어진 조성물을 유기용매에 녹인 후 전극 표면상에 코팅하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 칼슘이온 센서의 재래식 전극에 구비되는 이온 선택성 막을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 단성분 실온경화형 실리콘 러버 47.5∼87.1중량%, 가소제 11∼50중량%, 이온선택성 물질 0.5∼1.5중량% 및 친유성 첨가제 0.4∼2.0중량%로 이루어진 조성물을 유기용매에 녹여서 용액을 형성하는 공정 및 상기의 용액을 유리판 또는 테프론판 위의 유리링에 부어 건조시킨 후 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
