Abstract

우수한 내리징성(rindging resistance)을 갖고, 양호한 내식성이나 성형가공성 및 양호한 표면성상을 갖는 강판이 수둑되는 Fe-Cr합금을 제공하며, 중량%로 C:0.01%이하, Si:1.0%이하, Mn:1.0%이하, S:0.01%이하, Cr:9%이상 50%이하, Al:0.07%이하, N:0.02%이하, O:0.01%이하이고, 또 N(%)/C(%)≥2, 0.006≥[C(%)+N(%)]≥0.025를 만족하며, 또한 Ti를 {Ti(%)-2×S(%)-3×O(%)}/[C(%)+N(%)]≥4, [Ti(%)]×[N(%)]≥30×10-4를 만족하는 조건으로 함유하고, 잔부Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 구성된 내리징성과 표면성상이 우수한 Fe-Cr합금.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량%로 C:0.01%이하, Si:1.0%이하, Mn:1.0%이하, S:0.01%이하, Cr:9%이상 50%이하, Al:0.07%이하, N:0.02%이하, O:0.01%이하이고, 또 N(%)/C(%)≥2, 0.006≥[C(%)+N(%)]≥0.025를 만족하며, 또한 Ti를 {Ti(%)-2×S(%)-3×O(%)}/[C(%)+N(%)]≥4, [Ti(%)]×[N(%)]≥30×10-4를 만족하는 조건으로 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 내리징성 및 표면성상이 우수한 Fe-Cr 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 Ca, Mg, B의 1종류 또느 s2종류 이상을 단독 또는 합계로 0.0003내지 0.005중량% 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 내리징성 및 표면성상이 우수한 Fe-Cr합금.
