Abstract

본 발명은 폐기물인 유연탄재를 이용하여 경량 벽돌이나 경량블록을 제조하는 건축자재 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 폐기물을 자원으로 재활용 하므로써 모래채취로 인한 자연 훼손을 예방할 수 있고 경량건축자재를 저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 경량 건축자재용 조성물을 제공함에 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 모래를 대신하여 폐기물인 석탄재 또는 유연탄재 40∼75중량부와, ash 15∼30중량부의혼합물을 일반시멘트 10∼25중량부, 백색시멘트 5∼10중량부 및 물과 혼합한 경량 건축자재용 조성물임을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 폐기물을 이용한 경량 건축자재용 조성물은 고열에 의해 산회되어 강도가 약한 점은 있으나 모래와 유사한 성질을 가지고 있으므로 시멘트 모르타르로 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모래를 대신하여 폐기물인 석탄재 또는 유연탄재와, ash의 혼합물을 일반시멘트, 백색시멘트, 물과 혼합한 경량 건축자재용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 유연탄재 40∼75중량부와, ash 15∼30중량부, 일반시멘트 10∼25중량부, 백색시멘트 5∼10중량부의 혼합비로 됨을 특징으로 하는 경량 건축자재용 조성물.
