Abstract
본 발명의 전선피복용 난연성 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물은 밀도(23℃)가 0.900∼0.925g/㎤이고 용융지수(190℃, 2.16kg)가 0.1∼4.0g/10분인 폴리에틸렌과 용융수지가 0.1∼4.0g/10분이고 공단량체 함량이 5∼30중량%인 에틸렌공중합체를 사용하며, 이들 기초 수지는 전체 수지 조성물에 대하여 40∼60중량%가 사용된다. 폴리에틸렌은 기초수지에 대하여 40∼70중량%로 사용되고, 에틸렌공중합체는 기초 수지에 대하여 30∼60중량%로 사용된다. 본 발명에서는 전체 수지 조성물에 대하여 약 0.1∼0.3중량%의 산화방지제, 금속수산화물인 무기난연제와 삼산화안티몬, 적인 등의 난연조제가 약 35.0∼55.0중량%, 0.5∼3.0중량%의 활제 및 2.0∼4.5중량%의 카본블랙이 사용된다.The flame retardant polyolefin resin composition for wire coating according to the present invention has a polyethylene having a density (23 ° C.) of 0.900 to 0.925 g / cm 3 and a melt index (190 ° C., 2.16 kg) of 0.1 to 4.0 g / 10 minutes and a melt resin of 0.1 to 4.0 g.
