Abstract

본 발명은 새도우마스크 제작공정에 있어서, 특히 새도우마스크 도트에 부착된 이물질을 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 한 새도우마스크의 이물질 제거기구에 관한 것으로, 새도우마스크에 부착된 이 물질을 제거하는 것에 있어서, 하우징의 내부에 침구측에 진동을 전달하는 진동수단을 구비함과 동시에 하우징의 일측에 확대렌즈의 초점조절이 가능하도록 함으로써, 작업속도가 빨라 작업능률이 향상됨과 동시에 이물질 제거의 신뢰성이 향상되도록 함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 새도우마스크에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 것에 있어서, 하우징(10)의 내부에 침구(12)측에 진동을 전달하는 진동수단(13)을 구비함과 동시에 하우징(10)의 일측에 확대렌즈(20)의 초점조절이 가능하도록 하여서 된 것을특징으로 하는 새도우마스크의 이물질 제거기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동수단(13)은 구동모터(11)에 의해 구동력을 전달받도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 새도우마스크의 이물질 제거기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확대렌즈(20)를 고정바(22)로 연결하고 상기 고정바(22)를 하우징(10)에서 회전자재 가능한 조절나사(21)와 나사결합함과 동시에 하우징(10)에 승강 안내되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 새도우마스크의 이물질 제거기구.
