Abstract

본 발명은 메모리의 입/출력 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 장치는 특정한 2워드 길이 이상의 데이타를 지정하기 위해서는 1워드길이만큼 지정을 한다음 그 지정한 데이타가 출력된 다음에 다시 증가/감소되는 어드레스를 지정해야만 하였기 때문에, 데이타 입/출력까지는 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 클럭신호 또는 씨피유로부터의 제어신호에 따라 입력된 어드레스 및 워드길이를 계산하여 그에 따른 어드레스를 지정함과 아울러 지정된 데이타의 출력을 제어하는 어드레스계산부와; 상기 어드레스계산부의 출력신호를 디코딩하는 로우 및 컬럼디코더와; 상기 로우 및 컬럼디코더의 출력신호에 따라 그에 해당하는 데이타를 저장/출력하는 메모리셀과; 상기 메모리셀의 출력데이타를 정확한 레벨로 증폭하여 출력하는 센스증폭부와; 상기 어드레스계산부의 제어신호에 따라 상기 센스증폭부를 통한 데이타를 출력하는 입/출력버퍼로 구성한 메모리의 입/출력 장치를 창안한 것으로, 이의 작용을 통해 즉, 2워드 이상의 데이타를 지정하고자 할 때, 초기시작 어드레스를 한번만 지정하면 어드레스계산부에 의해 다음 어드레스가 계산되어 미리 데이타를 읽을 수 있어 지연시간 없이 즉시 입/출력할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 클럭신호 또는 씨피유로부터의 제어신호에 따라 입력된 어드레스 및 워드길이를 계산하여 그에 따른 어드레스를 지정함과 아울러 지정된 데이타의 출력을 제어하는 어드레스계산부와; 상기 어드레스계산부의 출력신호를 디코딩하는 로우 및 컬럼디코더와; 상기 로우 및 컬럼디코더의 출력신호에 따라 그에 해당하는 데이타를 저장 및 출력하는 메모리셀과; 상기 메모리셀의 출력데이타를 정확한 레벨로 증폭하여 출력하는 센스증폭부와; 상기 어드레스계산부의 제어신호에 따라 상기 센스증폭부를 통한 데이타를 출력하는 입/출력버퍼로 구성한 것 을 특징으로 하느 메모리의 입/출력 장치.
