Abstract
본 발명은 연마용 다이아몬드 분말 공급장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 다이아몬드 분말 공급장치는, 액체가 혼합되지 않은 상태의 연마용 다이아몬드 분말을 간단한 구성에 의해 소정의 위치로 공급할 수 있으므로, 설치 및 사용이 용이하고 제작비가 저렴하며, 연마에 사용된 고가의 다이아몬드 분말을 회수하여 재사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 내부에 연마용 다이몬드 분말을 수용하며 바닥면에 소정크기의 구멍을 가지는 분말 수납용기와, 일단부가 상기 분말 수납용기의 구멍을 통해 용기 내부로 끼워지는 교반용 와이어와, 상기 분말 수납용기 내의 다이아몬드 분말을 교반시키기 위하여 상기 교반용 와이어를 회전시키는 와이어 회전수단을 구비하여, 상기 용기 내의 다이아몬드 분말이 교반용 와이어의 회전에 의해 교반되면서 상기 용기 바닥면의 구멍을 통해 외부로 유출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연마용 다이아몬드 분말 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 회전수단은 상기 분말 수납용기에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 일측에 상기 교반용 와이어의 타측단부가 고정된 회전날개와, 모터에 의해 회전하며 상기 회전날개로 바람을 공급하는 팬을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 연마용 다이아몬드 분말 공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단에 의해 회전하는 교반용 와이어의 회전 속도를 조절하기 위한 회전속도 조절수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연마용 다이아몬드 분말 공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
