Abstract

본 발명은 어린이용 시트에 구비된 안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 안전벨트를 착용하는 불편함을 없애고, 간편하게 작동시키며, 어린이를 심하게 압박하지 않은 상태에서 어린이를 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록, 시트(10)의 시트쿠션(12) 중앙 내측에 일측이 힌지되어 상하로 회전되도록 된 회전아암(14), 상기 회전아암(14)의 타측에 고정되며, 어린이의 몸에 닿는 부분이 쿠션(20)으로 이루어진 가드보드(18)와, 상기 회전아암(14)이 상향회전되면 자동으로 록킹되도록 하며, 이러한 록킹을 해제할 수 있도록 된 록킹/해제수단을 포함하여 이루어져서, 어린이를 탑승시킨 후 상기 가드보드를 상향회전시켜 구속하며, 상기 록킹 및 해제장치를 통하여 록킹 및 해제할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 어린이용 시트에 있어서, 상기 시트(10)의 시트쿠션(12) 중앙 내측에 일측이 힌지되어 상하로 회전되도록 된 회전아암(14)과, 상기 회전아암(14)의 타측에 고정되며, 어린이의 몸에 닿는 부분이 쿠션(20)으로 이루어진 가드보드(18)와, 상기 회전아암(14)이 상향회전되면 자동으로 록킹되도록 하며, 이러한 록킹을 해제할 수 있도록 된 록킹/해제수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 시트에 구비된 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 록킹/해제수단은 상기 회전아암(14)의 일측에 돌출 형성된 걸림돌기(22)와, 상기 걸림돌기(22)가 걸리도록 상단에 걸림턱(28)이 형성되며, 일측이 상기 시트쿠션(12)에 회전 가능하게 힌지되는 걸림편(24)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 시트에 구비된 안전장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 걸림턱(24)에 걸려있는 걸림돌기(22)를 해제하기 위하여, 일측이 상기 걸림편(24)의 힌지중심과 회전중심이 일치되어 회전 가능하게 힌지됨과 함께, 상기 걸림편(24)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 소정량 절곡되어 그 단부가 걸림편(24)의 힌지중심으로부터 소정량 이격된 곳에 고정되며, 외부에서 회전시킬 수 있도록 그 힌지된 부분의 타측이 상기 시트쿠션(12)의 외부로 돌출되어 재차 절곡형성된 손잡이(32)로 이루어진 해제레버(30)와, 상기 걸림편(24)을 힌지하는 힌지중심상에 구비되며, 상기 걸림편(24)이 항상 전방으로 회전하려는 힘을 주도록 일단이 상기 걸림편(24)에 고정되고 타단이 상기 시트쿠션(12)에 고정된 비틀림코일스프링(34)과, 상기 비틀림코일스프링(34)의 회전력으로 상기 걸림편(24)과 해제레버(30)를 소정위치에서 멈춰주도록 상기 시트쿠션(12)의 일측면에 고정된 멈춤편(36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린이용 시트에 구비된 안전장치.
