Abstract

광디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 특히 수직과 수평방향의 진동을 하나의 댐퍼구조로서 효과적으로 흡수하게 하며, 그 댐퍼의 구조에 따라 제작/조립성이 개선되어 생산성을 향상시킨 광디스크 드라이브의 댐핑장치에 대해 개시한다. 이 댐퍼는 댐퍼내부에 수직방향의 진동을 흡수하는 수직진동 흡수부와 수평방향의 진동을 흡수하는 수평진동 흡수부가 각각 구비되어 외부로부터의 진동을 흡수하게 된다. 이로서 하나의 댐퍼에서 수평/수직방향의 진동을 효과적으로 제진할 수 있게 되며, 댐퍼를 날개로 생산하지 않고 필요한 길이마다 절단하여 사용할 수 있게 되어 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있게 된다.

제 4 도는 본 발명에 따른 광디스크 드라이브의 개략적인 내부구성도.

Claims (5)

  1. 본체를 이루는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상면에 위치되어 턴테이블이 회전가능하게 설치되는 베이스 및 상기 프레임과 베이스 사이에 소정의 결합수단에 의해 결합되어 상기 턴테이블로 전달되는 진동을 흡수하는 댐퍼를 구비하는 광디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼의 몸체 내부에는, 수직방향 및 수평방향의 진동을 흡수하기 위한 복수의 공간이 마련되고, 그 몸체 외부의 소정 부위에는 상기 프레임 및 베이스와의 결합을 위한 복수의 돌기가 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 드라이브.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 및 프레임의 소정 부위에는 상기 돌기의 삽입을 위한 복수의 장공부가 형성되고, 상기 돌기에는 상기 복수의 장공부에 탄성바이어스되게 삽입될 수 있도록 단차부가 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 드라이브.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼의 재질은 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 드라이브.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼의 재질은 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 드라이브.
  5. 진동을 흡수하는 댐퍼로서, 수직방향 및 수평방향의 진동을 흡수하기 위한 복수의 공간이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
