Abstract

본 발명은 종형 확산로의 서모 커플에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 기존의 히터를 이용해 더욱 더 세밀한 온도 제어를 할 수 있는 종형 확산로의 서모 커플 제공하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 종형 확산로의 외부 온도를 감지하도록 히터 외부에 장착된 복수개의 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플과, 상기 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플에 대향 장착되어 종형 확산로의 내부 온도를 감지하도록 튜브 내에 장착된 복수개의 프로파일 서모 커플로 구성된 종형 확산로의 서모 커플에 있어서, 상기 히터 내부의 온도 제어를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 튜브를 세분화한 일정 위치에 복수 개의 프로파일 서모 커플을 더 구비하고, 상기 프로파일 서모 커플이 구비된 구역에 대응 장착된 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플을 더블 스파이크 서모 커플로 대체 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 종형 확산로의 외부 온도를 감지하도록 히터 외부에 장착된 복수개의 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플과, 상기 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플에 대향 장착되어 종형 확산로의 내부 온도를 감지하도록 튜브 내에 장착된 복수개의 프로파일 서모 커플로 구성된 종형 확산로의 서모 커플에 있어서, 상기 히터 내부의 온도 제어를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 튜브를 세분화한 일정 위치에 복수 개의 프로파일 서모 커플을 더 구비하고, 상기 프로파일 서모커플이 구비된 구역에 대응 장착된 싱글 스파이크 서모 커플을 더블 스파이크 서모 커플로 대체 구비함을 특징으로 하는 종형 확산로의 서모 커플.
