Abstract

본 발명은 높은 주파수에서 유용한 전송선로의 결합 특성을 이용하며 또한 전체적으로 회로 크기를 줄일 수 있는 구조의 하이브리드 전력 분배/합성기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은, 각각은 전송선로 2개를 이중 결합하여 구성되고, 서로 루프를 이루도록 연결된 제1 내지 제4이중 결합선쌍과, 상기 제1 및 제2이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 입력단(출력단)에 연결된 제1전송선로와, 상기 제2 및 제3 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 종단(격리)단에 연결된 제2전송선로와, 상기 제3 및 제4 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 출력단(입력단)에 연결된 제3전송선로와, 상기 제4 및 제1 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 출력단(입력단)에 연결된 제4전송선로를 구비한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 네개의 이중 결합선쌍을 갖는 하이브리드 전력 분배/합성기의 구성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 각각은 전송선로 2개를 이중 결합하여 구성되고, 서로 루프를 이루도록 연결된 제1 내지 제4이중 결합선쌍과, 상기 제1 및 제2이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 입력단(출력단)에 연결된 제1전송선로와, 상기 제2 및 제3 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 종단(격리)단에 연결된 제2전송선로와, 상기 제3 및 제4 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 출력단(입력단)에 연결된 제3전송선로와, 상기 제4 및 제1 이중 결합선쌍의 접속점에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 저항을 통해 출력단(입력단)에 연결된 제4전송선로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 결합선쌍을 갖는 하이브리브 전력 분배/합성기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 마주보는 상기 제1 및 제3이중결합선쌍과 제2 및 제4결합선쌍은 서로가 회로 변수가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 결합선쌍을 갖는 하이브리드 전력 분배/합성기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1 내지 제4전송선로 각각은, 특성 임피이던스 ZC가 50 ohm이고 전기적 길이c가 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 결합선쌍을 갖는 하이브리드 전력 분배/합성기.
