Abstract

양념 셰이커는 일반적으로 원추형으로 된 수직 연신 기저부를 포함하고 상향 개방 마우스를 한정한다. 개별 일체형 밀봉부는 마우스 위에 해제 가능하도록 스냅 장착되고, 하부벽에서 분배 개구들을 노출시키기 위해서 선택적으로 이동가능하고, 하부 벽에서 분배 개구들을 밀봉하기 위해서 선택적으로 이동가능한 환형 외부를 갖는 힌지 결합된 하부 및 상부 벽을 포함한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 양념을 대량으로 선택적으로 도입시키기 위해서 상향으로 개방된 마우스를 구비한 저장실 한정 기저부와, 상기 마우스 위에서 기저부에 제거가능하게 장착된 밀봉부를 포함하고, 상기 밀봉부는 하부벽을 갖고, 상기 하부벽은 상기 밀봉부를 상기 기저부에 장착시키기 위해서 상기 마우스의 둘레의 주연상에서 상기 기저부와 해제 가능하게 결합강한 외주연부를 가지며, 상기 하부벽은 내주연부를 갖고, 상기 밀봉부는 또한 상기 하부벽을 덮는 상부벽과, 상기 하부벽에 대해서 상부벽을 피봇 운동시키기 위해서 하부벽의 내주연부 및 그위의 상부벽과 일체로 형성된 리빙 힌지를 포함하며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 하부벽 위에 덮힌 상기 리빙 힌지의 외향의 외면부를 가지며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 리빙 힌지의 내향의 내면부를 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 분배 개구가 상기 하부벽을 통해서 한정되며, 상기 밀봉부는 상기 상부벽의 상기 외면부가 함께 접촉하여 상기 적어도 하나의 분배 개구를 밀봉하고 있는 상기 하부벽을 밀접하게 덮고 있는 폐쇄 위치를 가지며, 상기 밀봉부는 상기 상부벽의 상기 외면부가 상기 적어도 하나의 분배 개구를 노출시키기 위해서 상기 리빙 힌지로부터 외향으로 상기 하부벽에서 상향 분지된 개방 위치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부벽은 각각의 상기 폐쇄 위치 및 개방 위치에서 자기 유지되며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 위치들 중 한 위치에서 상기 위치들 중 다른 위치로 이동할 때 상기 힌지에 대해서 중심 위로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부의 폐쇄된 위치에서, 상기 밀봉부의 상기 상부벽은 상방으로 볼록하며, 상기 상부벽은 하향 압력에 대해서 리빙 힌지의 내향으로 반응해서, 상기 리빙 힌지의 둘레에서 피봇식으로 역전되고 상기 적어도 하나의 분배 개구를 노출시키기 위해서 상향하는 오목 형상을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 분배 개구와 정렬된 상기 밀봉부와 상기 상부벽은 상기 폐쇄된 위치에서 상기 적어도 하나의 개구내에 수납된 적어도 하나의 하향 돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상부벽은 비드에 바로 인접한 내향하는 주연상의 연속리빙 힌지와 함께 연속 비드에 의해서 한정된 원형 외주연부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기저부는 상기 마우스 둘레의 주연상에 상부 림을 포함하고, 상기 림은 연속적으로 그곳을 따라서 외향하는 비드를 포함하고, 상기 밀봉부의 상기 하부벽의 상기 외주연부는 상기 림 비드를 수납하는 연속적으로 내향하는 홈을 한정하며, 상기 홈의 바로 인접 내향하는 상기 하부벽 상기 기저부 림 상에서 안착 결합을 하고 상기 기저부에 대해서 상기 하부벽을 안정화시키기 위해서 상기 하부벽 둘레에서 연속적으로 연장된 일체 내향하는 확대부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기저부는 확대된 저부에서 좁은 상부 목부까지 상방으로 테이퍼된 대체로 절두 원추형의 하부를 가지며, 상기 목부 위의 상기 기저부는 상기 마우스 둘레의 상기 상부 림에서 외향으로 플레어 되어서 끝나는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상부벽은 외면을 가지며, 상기 외면 상의 지시부는 상기 적어도 하나의 분배 개구와 정렬되고 그 위치를 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부의 폐쇄 위치에서 상기 상부벽은 연속하여 상방으로 볼록한 돔 형상이며, 상기 상부 벽은 상기 개방 위치로 이동하기 위해서 하향으로 가요성이 있게 상기 주연상의 리빙 힌지의 내향으로 되어 있으며, 상기 개방 위치에서 상기 상부벽은 상방으로 오목한 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 하부벽은 환형이며, 상기 리빙 힌지는 상기 하부벽의 상기 내주연부 둘레에서 연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
  11. 양념을 대량으로 선택적으로 도입시키기위한 상향 개방 마우스를 구비한 저장실 한정 기저부와, 상기 마우스 위의 기저부에 제거가능하게 장착된 밀봉부를 포함하고, 상기 밀봉부는 하부벽을 갖고, 상기 하부벽은 상기 밀봉부를 상기 기저부에 장착시키기 위해서 상기 마우스 둘레의 주연상에서 상기 기저부와 해제 가능하게 결합가능한 외주연부를 가지며, 상기 하부벽은 연속 내주연부를 갖고, 상기 밀봉부는 또한 상기 하부벽을 덮는 상부벽과, 상기 하부벽에 대해서 상부벽을 피봇 이동시키기 위해서 하부벽의 내주연부 및 그 위의 상부벽과 일체로 형성된 연속 리빙 힌지를 포함하며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 하부벽 위에 덮힌 상기 리빙 힌지의 외향의 외면부를 가지며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 리빙 힌지의 내향의 내면부를 갖고 양념 분배용 개구 수단이 상기 하부벽을 통해 한정되고, 상기 밀봉부는 상기 상부벽의 상기 외면부가 함께 접촉하여 상기 개구 수단을 밀봉하고 있는 상기 하부 벽을 밀접하게 덮고 있는 폐쇄 위치를 갖고, 상기 밀봉부의 폐쇄된 위치에서 상기 상부벽의 상기 외면부가 상기 개구 수단을 노출시키기 위해서 상기 리빙 힌지로부터 외향으로 상기 하부벽에서 상향분지되며, 상기 상부벽은 상기 개방 위치로 이동시키기 위해서 하향 가요성이 있게 상기 주연 리빙 힌지의 내향으로 되어 있으며, 상기 개방 위치에서 상기 상부벽은 상방으로 오목한 것을 특징으로 하는 양념 셰이커.
