Abstract

본 발명은 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 경화시간이 짧고 경도가 강한 자외선 경화수지를 감광막 패턴의 보호막으로 사용하여 제작성 및 강도가 향상되는 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법을 제공하는데 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법은 현상공정 및 염색공정의 단계를 거쳐 유리판에 검은색으로 착색된 감광막 패턴을 보호하기 위하여 감광막 패턴을 포함하여 유리판 상면 전체에 자외선 경화수지를 2∼5㎛ 두께로 도포하는 보호막 도포공정과, 상기 도포된 자외선 경화수지를 200∼400㎚의 자외선에 노출시켜 경화시키는 보호막 경막공정순의 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 본 발명의 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 현상공정 및 염색공정의 단계를 거쳐 유리판에 검은색으로 착색된 감광막 패턴을 보호하기 위하여 감광막 패턴을 포함하여 유리판 상면 전체에 자외선 경화수지를 2∼5㎛ 두께로 도포하는 보호막 도포공정과, 상기 도포된 자외선 경화수지를 200∼400㎚의 자외선에 노출시켜 경화시키는 보호막 경막공정순의 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화수지는 85∼94중량%의 광중합성 올리고머와, 3∼7중량%의 광중합성모너머와, 3∼7중량%의 광개시제와, 첨가제로 소포제, 레벨링제, 증감제를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광중합성 올리고머는 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트와 우레탄 아쿠릴레이트와, 에폭시, 아크릴레이트중 하나 이상의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 광중합성 모노머는 단광능성 아크릴레이트와 다관능성 아크릴레이트의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 섀도우마스크용 네거패턴의 제조방법.
