Abstract

본 발명은 폐섬유를 수거하여 절단기로 5㎝이하로 절단한 후 타면기에서 솜처럼 타면하고, 천연고무수지나 천연고무 가공수지를 30g/㎡단위로 도포(Spray)하여 표면처리를 한다음, 수지가 도포된 소재는 수분함량이 13%이하가 되도록 건조하고 건조가 완료된 폐섬유 가공소재는 표면처리용 섬유 또는 종이 등을 접착하여 고열·고압의 프레스로 1차 성형한 다음 접착수지를 분사하여 겉감의 재생종이를 접합하여 봉투규격대로 접합하는 방법으로 완성하도록된 섬유폐기물을 재생가공한 신소재 완충 봉투제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폐섬유를 수거하여 5㎝이하의 조각편으로 절단하고 절단된 소재를 타면기에 넣어 솜처럼 타면가공한 타면설(폐섬유 휄트)에 결합제인 천연 고무시지를 30g/㎡의 양으로 균일하게 양면 도포한 후, 휄트의 함수량이 13%이하가 되도록 건조시킨 후 열압프레스에서 고열과 고압으로 성형한 후 겉감에 접착수지를 도포하여 접합하고 사용봉투의 규격대로 재단하여 제품을 완성한 것을 특징으로 하는 재생가공한 신소재 완충봉투제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폐섬유 휄트에 천연고무수지를스프레이로 30g/㎡단위로 양면도포하고 건조기에서 함수량을 조절한 후 열압프레스에서 온도를 200℃로 하고 단위 압력을 30kg/㎠로하여 5분간 성형한 다음 냉각프레스에서 약 2분간을 급속냉각하여 제품을 완성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유폐기물을 재생가공한 신소재 완충봉투 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폐섬유 휄트에 천연고무수지를 30g/㎡의 양으로 양면도포하고 수분함량을 13%이하로 조절한 후 유색(Color)의 천을 표면으로 접착하여 성형 온도를 210℃로, 단위압력을 50kg/㎠로 조정한 후 약 5분간 성형하여 제품을 완성하도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유폐기물을 재생가공한 신소재 완충봉투 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폐섬유 휄트에 수용성 에말죤수지(Emaljon Resin)를 30g/㎡의 양으로 양면도포하고 함수량을 13%이하가 되도록 건조한 후, 휄트표면에 유색(Color)섬유원단을 깔아서 성형온도를 20℃로 하고 단위압력을 50kg/㎠로 조정한 후 약 5분간 열압 성형한 다음 냉각프레스에서 약 2분간 급속냉각하여 제품을 완성하도록 구성죈 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유폐기물을 재생가공한 신소재 완충봉투 제조방법.
