Claims (19)
- 하기 화학실:Al(OH)aClbYc/dM′Cl2/eM″Cl (1)[식중, Y는, SO4 2-과 같은 원자가 2의 음이온을 나타내고, M′은 알칼리토금속과 같은 원자가 2의 양이온을 나타내며, M″는 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄과 같은 원자가 1의 양이온을 나타내고, a,b,c및 d는 0이 아닌 양수 또는 양수인 분수이고, e는 1.8<a<2.25 0.001<c<0.150 b=3-2c-a및 2d+e+b≤3와 같은 0또는 양수 또는 양수인 분수일 수 있다.], 및, 60%내지 75%의 염기도β를 갖는 높은 염기도의 폴리알루미늄 클로로술페이트의 제조방법, 상기 염기도는β=100×(3Al+2M′+M″-2Y-Cl)/3Al (1)[식중, Al,M′,M″,Y및 Cl은 몰로 표현된다]으로 정의되고, 상기 방법은 실온(약25℃)내지 70℃의 온도에서, 바람직하게는 수용액인 알칼리금속의 염기성 화합물, 및 수성 현탁액 또는 분말인, 알칼리토금속 또는 알칼리토금속의 할라이화물중 1종 이상의 염기성 화합물을 술페이트 이온의 존재하에서 화학식 (2):Al(OH)xCly(2)[식중, x는 0.1내지 1.5의 수이고, y=3-x]의 알루미늄 클로라이드의 염기성 용액과 접촉하도록 위치시키는 것으로 구성되고, 상기 방법은, 염기화후, 수득된 반응 매질을, 60℃의 조리 온도에서 3시간 내지 20시간, 및 95℃의 조리 온도에 대해서는 5분 내지 15분과 같이, 조리 온도로서 공지된, 60℃내지 95℃의 온도에서 조리하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 60℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 5시간 내지 9시간인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 95℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 7분 내지 10분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 70℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 1시간 내지 5시간인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 70℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 1시간 내지 4시간인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 80℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 10분 내지 1시간인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 80℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 30분 내지 1시간 30분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 85℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 10분 내지 1시간 45분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 85℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 30분 내지 1시간인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 90℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 5분 내지 45분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 90℃의 조리온도에 대해서, 조리 시간이 7분 내지 10분인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속의 염기성 화합물이 NaOH, KOH, NaHCO3, Na2CO3, K2CO3, KHCO3및 상기 기재된 알칼리 금속의 염기성 화합물중 2개 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 알칼리금속의 염기성 화합물이 NaOH또는 NaHCO3인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리토금속의 염기성 화합물이 CaO, MgO, Ca(OH)2, Ma(OH)2, CaCO3및 상기 기재된 알칼리토금속의 염기성 화합물중 2개 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 알칼리토금속의 염기성 화합물이 Ca(OH)2, Ma(OH)2또는 MgO인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리토금속의 할라이드화물이 CaCl2또는 MgCl2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 알칼리토금속의 할라이드화물이 CaCl2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(1)의 고염기도 폴리알루미늄 클로로술페이트의 염기도 β가 65%내지 70%이라는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한항에 따라서 수득된 화학식(1)의 고염기도 폴리알루미늄 클로로 술페이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식수의 처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
