Abstract

반도체 소자의 제조에 사용되는 포토레지스트(photoresist)의 도포장치(coater)에 관해 개시한다. 본 발명은 움직일 수 있는 구동막대에 의해 고정장치로 고정된 노즐을 통하여 웨이퍼에 포토레지스트를 도포하는 포토레지스트의 도포장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 상기 구동막대에 의해 웨이퍼의 가장자리에서부터 중심부위로 이동하며 포토레지스트를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토레지스트 도포장치를 제공한다.
상기 포토레지스트 도포장치를 사용하면 포토레지스트의 사용량을 최소화할 수 있으며 웨이퍼 전면에 걸쳐 편차없는 균일한 두께로 포토레지스트를 도포할 수 있고 방향성 반점의 생성이 억제된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 움직일 수 있는 구동막대에 의해 고정장치로 고정된 노즐을 통하여 웨이퍼에 포토레지스트를 도포하는 포토레지스트의 도포장치에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 상기 구동막대에 의해 웨이퍼의 가장자리에서부터 중심부위로 이동하며 포토레지스트를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포토레지스트 도포장치.
